Such an amazing experience here. Viola was incredible. My fiance and I went shopping to get our wedding bands and explained exactly what we wanted. We told her lol ur size and the first pair she grabbed out of the case were the ones we purchased! She helped us tremendously. We had been to other stores and they just didn't have what we had lo ur hearts set on. I also went there thinking it would b like every other store and the two solid 14 carat white gold bands would b like $2500 but not even close. We bought both rings and got them engraved (which only took a few days) for under $700. The engraving came out beautifully might I add. Anyway, i will never go to another jeweler ever again. Excellent customer service! I've been a customer of Kristins Fine Jewlers for 10 years. They custom made my engagement ring. James gave us exactly what we wanted. He worked carefully to give us the best quality diamonds. Gave them a visit yesterday for Rodium dip on 2 of my rings. The process was complete in 30 minutes. No hassles to drop off and pick up at a later date. Their new location in the Westfield Mall is beautiful. Smaller and quaint. They are located right next door to their Pandora store....
