Curaleaf Dispensary Hudson Valley — Attraction in Town of Newburgh

Perfection! I absolutely love shopping here at CURALEAF! I’ve been a patient/guest here for 3 years! I love how friendly and wonderful they are to their guests! Great customer service! The delivery driver is the best! I have the same one everytime and he is just an absolute kind person! The lengths they go to for their customers is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Truly the best marijuana dispensary around! I have nothing but good things to say about Curaleaf! I will continue to be a Curaleaf shopper forever! I’ve had my medical card now for 4 years. I moved down to Dutchess County three years ago now and I’ve been shopping at CURALEAF ever since! And I’m not kidding I only shop here for my medical marijuana needs! The prices are decent because you can constantly get deals and discounts and promotions! They really treat their customers with such kindness and respect l! They try and help us get a baby for our buck! I HIGHLY recommend people to shop at CURALEAF. You will never be disappointed I promise you! I’ve been smoking marijuana for 19 years now and I will say this is truly one of the best experiences you will ever have! My delivery driver actually just left a few hours ago! I love how you can go for pick up or you can have it delivered! Anything over $150 which is very easy to do! I like to grab enough to last me a month or two as much as I can! Thanks again CURALEAF! Love love love my delivery driver! I always have the same gentleman and he is truly a wonderful human being! I enjoy having a conversation with him besides that he delivers my medication to me. I had a horrendous experience with the online call center agent named Randy, however after calling another online agent named Tana from Florida she did amazing at helping me, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND and DID her absolute BEST to help me! She is such a great customer service rep and deserves to be given some form of bonus for keeping my business with this company.

I also want to give a giant shoutout to -Drew L, -Drew S, -Jeremy, -Marco, -Tana (florida call center) & a special thanks to -Zeion who even helped me as I have his personal cell ON HIS DAY OFF!

The in store team are amazing and all helped make sure that I got my question resolved and even made sure to make sure I was okay!

I do not understand why on earth you would ever take away my ability to call in directy and speak with the team that works in house and send me to some stupid call center that almost lost one of your best customers. As a customer service manager I am appaled at the way the "online department" handled it. GET RID OF THAT DEPARTMENT!! It is RUINING business for them.

With that being said I am very very happy with the resolution the IN STORE team provided. However I do hope you get rid of that horrible online department. If it wasnt for Tana & the in store manager I would stop shopping at curaleaf due to the online team. - The only reason I am willing to continue working with the store is the way the mentioned names helped me.

Call the HV store and speak with the manager who made SURE I was helped to get more information as I know someone will be reading this. I would like a curaleaf rep to contact me about the online agent problem. I have my two cents to give.

We are first timers….lol. What an amazing experience and we drove quit far to find something that could help me with severe pain from a recent amputation. Upon arrival the gentleman at the entrance greeted us with an amazing smile and polite conversation. We thank you for your patience young man you are patient professional and kind. Please forgive me for not remembering your name however we will not forget you. Ken, thank you for searching our area as it is a task to get out let alone take over an hour drive in pain to get there. We will be ordering regularly and we are so thankful you’re able to deliver to us. You made sure that we were taken care of from the delivery service to first time discount as well as explaining how convenient your curbside pickup is. We need all the help we can get. Thank you so much young man. Kevin you have patience of gold. Your knowledge and professionalism is amazing. Your kind and you may or may not know how hard it is for patients and their families to handle someone who is in severe pain.You made the experience one that we will share forever. It hasn’t been easy, almost two months in a hospital and they just cut you off pain meds. After a five toe amputation on July 11, 2025 and news last week that they didn’t cut enough so there will be another surgery soon you begin to loose hope. The staff who checked us out and took the time to find a last minute item we are so grateful to you gentlemen. I would also like to add that Miriam was very helpful and when we called prior to taking the trip. She let us know what we need and what to expect when we visit your store. Thank you to all of the members at Curaleaf located in Newburg, NY we will be ordering soon.
