I had an appointment that I made yesterday 07/23/2025 with Ebony for today 07/24/2025 for 230 pm I have two texts saying on my phone confirming it and on my email then I get a text that my appt is at 250 that is wrong and not what I scheduled for when I called whoever answered then gave the phone to who I assume is the manager and we got into some she was very rude saying she had me for 250 like I was lying about 230 I always go to ebony since she first cut my hair I’m very upset and disappointed with Mohawk commons super cuts they should treat their customers better so now I am no longer a customer you think you are better than everyone and can treat people like they don’t matter so I guess my 20 dollar tip will go to someone else who maybe cares about the customer I only wanted my hair washed and trimmed and I’m sorry I can’t see Ebony any more she was really nice unlike the rest of the people I spoke to making me feel like I’m lying about what time I’m not stupid I give this place zero stars I will never set foot in there or any super cuts again. Despite the cost, the service was completed hastily, and I felt that I could have done a better job myself at home. To make matters worse, the staff member whispered to her colleague about the condition of my hair, which was embarrassing. Read moreI was extremely disappointed in our service today. Normally I go to the Supercuts in St. James plaza but it was closed today so we decided to go to the one in Mohawk Commons. From the second my daughter sat in the chair I could tell the stylist did not want to do her hair. She went to dry cut, I told her we had booked for a shampoo, she begrudgingly verified. Then went to dry brush my daughter’s very curly hair, both my daughter and I said it was painful to do it before conditioning. She rolled her eyes and brought my daughter back to get conditioned and not even 5 minutes goes by and my daughter asked to come back out in tears because she apparently was brushing it and pulling it while she had just put water in it. My daughter is still crying. I paid for just a shampoo and left. I will never book here again. I would suggest the St. James plaza, they have more understanding of textured hair and compassion...
