Disappointing Experience with Manicure and Pedicure Services

I had been choosing this salon for several months because it is conveniently located near my home, and I was very satisfied with their massage services. Previously, I had also booked manicures and pedicures, and everything was always perfect.

However, today I was extremely disappointed with the manicurist I was assigned to. Since my preferred specialists were on vacation, I had to go with whoever was available. Unfortunately, I ended up with the most inexperienced and unprofessional nail technician I have ever encountered.

She had absolutely no understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards. The cuticles on my fingers were only half-trimmed, leaving an unfinished look. The water for soaking my feet was barely warm, and my heels look exactly the same as they did before the pedicure.

The place itself is beautiful. They are very friendly, and the place is clean .Not really the experience I was expecting. Staff were not as experienced in Massage, as I would have hoped . During my massage and facial, they kept trying to get me to upgrade to more expensive services. The Massage woman kept talking the entire time and asking me a bunch of questions. It was almost impossible to try and relax. The massage was not at all great. She just kept rubbing in different areas. I also had a bad reaction to the products for the facial, it probably was because I have sensitive skin, but still, that hasn’t happened to me before. I was not impressed. I went with a group of my friends and we were rushed from the second we got there. We had booked a package and were told 30 minutes into our service that they wouldn’t have time for us all to complete the rest of our services we had originally scheduled because they had other customers coming in.
