Went here for date night to celebrate my birthday. Food was delicious. My girlfriend and I had filets with sides of the hash browns and fried zucchini. For dessert we had the chocolate cake and rice pudding. Again, the food was phenomenal. My experience on the other hand was rather disappointing.
Being 22 years old in an upscale establishment could go both ways. Either youâre treated with respect like any customer should be (especially when spending a great amount to dine), or youâre treated like a child. To start the server immediately took the drink menu away from me when I was looking for a wine to enjoy my dinner with. I didnât want to ruin my experience so instead of opening my mouth I ordered a bottle of sparkling water. Moving on, the food was rushed in a manner thatâs disrespectful when youâre willing to pay a lot to dine. You want to take your time and enjoy your meal before dessert, but the second we ordered the food came out for both our main course and dessert. When it came time to pay the bill I did so and left a generous tip on the table. I then waited some time and stood up from my seat to retrieve my vehicle from valet.
On my way out I was approached by a group of servers holding up the small book that contains the bill yelling âthis is just the total, this is only the totalâ. Instead of reacting in a way I shouldâve I responded with âI left the tip on the tableâ. I then proceeded to walk out of the restaurant being stoped once more by either a manager or restaurant head who was a very nice guy. He seemed annoyed at the staff for what they done and apologized by changing the topic and saying happy birthday.
No apology from the group who called me out in front of a restaurant of people and my girlfriend. I understand I am young so a restaurant is on high alert wondering if Iâll tip them right, but I rest assure you I left a generous amount. They shouldâve handled the situation in a professional manner by pulling me aside and asking. Or maybe they should have checked the table before forming a group of men and ambushing me in front of a restaurant filled with people. It was not the right way to handle a situation at all and it totally ruined...
Read moreMy recent visit to Bryant and Cooper Steakhouse left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. I had chosen this establishment to celebrate my boyfriendâs birthday, with high expectations for a memorable evening. Unfortunately, what unfolded was far from what we had anticipated.
As soon as we were seated, our excitement quickly turned to disbelief and disgust when we noticed not one, but two mice running around the restaurant after trying to eat and enjoy our food. The expression on our faces caught the attention of our waiter, who inquired about the issue. We pointed out the mice, expecting swift action and concern from the staff. However, all we received was a nonchalant response of âOhâ from the waiter before he walked away.
One would assume that the manager would promptly address such a blatant health and safety hazard. Regrettably, that was not the case. It was only when we were leaving that I felt compelled, as a customer, to confront the manager myself. I showed him the video I had taken, capturing the mice running around for a staggering 10-15 mins. To my astonishment, his response was dismissive, stating, âYeah, I know, the waiter showed me,â without offering a sincere apology or any form of remedial action. It was truly unbelievable.
The presence of rodents in a dining establishment is absolutely unacceptable, and the lack of concern displayed by both the staff and management is deeply concerning. Bryant and Cooper Steakhouse has failed to prioritize the health and well-being of its patrons. The experience was marred by the constant reminder of the unsanitary conditions, making it impossible to enjoy our ribeye and tomahawk steaks.
Note : If I could post the video through here, I would but blurry pictures will have to do.
I strongly advise against dining at Bryant and Cooper Steakhouse if you have any expectations of a pleasant and hygienic dining experience. The combination of indifferent waitstaff, an apathetic manager, and the disturbing presence of mice made this an utterly revolting experience. Save yourself the disappointment and discomfort by seeking out an establishment that values cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and basic...

Another fabulous evening for dinner spent here down in the books! I go here a few times yearly for special occasions and it never ceases to delight my culinary senses! It is a fine dining steakhouse and is guaranteed to never let you down. This place is quit a bit pricey so maybe you may want to take a high end client, special date or your spouse here đ
Some of my favorite dishes that I highly recommend, enjoy and reorder each time are the following:
Appetizers : the Maryland crab cakes are to die for, the shrimp cocktail is a 4/lb ct, and the caprese salad with Buffalo mozzarella, basil & tomato âŚ
EntrĂŠes/Main Course: 16 is Cajun filet mignon (8 & 10 ozs also avail) done medium rare temperature, broiled whole dover sole (itâs a sight to behold as the waiter debones it in-front if you to perfection), sides of home fries lightly crisp & the grilled asparagus with garlic & oil âŚ
Desert: the homemade crème brĂťlĂŠe & their in-house vanilla ice cream paired with any coffee, cappuccino or expressoâŚ
This is a fabulous, classy, & well run establishment! The staff is professional & service is impeccable. The food⌠oh the food⌠Iâve not had a bad meal yet, and Iâve been coming here for many years. While this being fabulous steakhouse, they do an amazing job with seafood as well. I highly recommend this establishment! Fine dining at its best!
SoâŚ.. If youâre craving a true steakhouse experience, Bryant & Cooper delivers every time. From the perfectly seared porterhouse to the rich lobster bisque and crisp Caesar salad, everything is top-tier. The service is sharp, the wine list is solid, and the old-school vibe? Timeless. A must for special occasions or whenever youâre in the mood for a proper steak.
FYI, dress nice. Ladies in a nice dress, blouse & trousers. Men in a button down shirt. Casual dressy or business casual.
