I bought a winterberry about 2yrs ago and it never bear the bright red berries. I called and I told to have more sun and fertilizer, which did not work. Turns out I looked up on the web and it says that this berry bearing plant is special in that it needs to have a male consort plant within 50feet so that the female berry bearing winterberry will bear berries!
