I highly recommend Metro PC to anyone looking to recover from physical injuries with a friendly and professional team. They helped me regain my mobility and strength after I experienced a nasty ankle sprain. Tarek was assigned as my PT and he was amazing! He could pinpoint which parts of my leg/ankle were giving me issues and explain/identify problem areas from my MRI scans. Tarek would periodically change up my exercises to adjust to my improvements and speed up my recovery. He pushed me when it was appropriate and would always keep a watchful eye on me, even when heâs across the room. Another PT, Tiffany, seamlessly jumped into my treatment when Tarek wasnât available. I didnât even have to worry about temporarily being with a new PT because she was awesome! She also gave me exercises to help relieve any new pains I would start having. Also want to give a shout out to the aides, Aylana and Ishraq, who helped correct my movements and would give pointers as I went through my exercises. They were always super flexible in working with my constantly changing schedule. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful that it was almost bittersweet finishing up the treatment and knowing that I wouldnât be able to see them regularly anymore. Iâll definitely be back if I ever get hurt again...
Read moreI was a student Metro Physical Therapy under Physical Therapist Harrison Courtney. Before coming in, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. I thought doing this would have been a good idea just for the experience and the volunteer hours. Mr. Courtney opened me into the Metro PT Family with open arms. He took me under his wing and taught me what it was like to be a Physical Therapist. While observing him, I noticed the special care he has for each and every one of his patients. He's always eager to see them and is super friendly. You can hear the laughter and positivity in his voice. Not only that, its also the people around him. Their Occupational Therapist, Nicole, is super nice and friendly too. I may not be her student, but she treats me with respect as if I was one of the therapists working and is always ready to answer any questions I have. Their front desk, AJ, will always make you laugh. His positivity brights up the mood and makes you want to come back. If you're thinking about coming here for PT or OT, I would highly recommend this location. Their service is the best ever to offer and the environment is very comfy. Metro PT encourages me to work hard and hopefully one day I will be working here. Harrison Courtney is the man you should be looking...
Read moreFinally, I am here to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Jenna, Tina, Shareis, and Harrison (for two sessions) at the Great Neck office. I needed only two months of physical therapy for a pain that I had for about ten years! Jenna is very gifted and knowledgeable in the care she gave, apparent in her plan for my exercises at home, and her strong massages over the sciatica nerve, which was causing me grief, while I was driving, sitting, and laying, from my butt all the down my right leg to my toes. I am so grateful! đđđ„đčAfter just three sessions, I recommended a friend by giving her Jenna's Metro card and the Metro Phys & Aqua Therapy card, which lists several locations. Tina is very meticulous, diligent and tireless in her work with several patients at any given time, and she is funny as well. Shareis is also very kind and helpful in answering questions by phone and in person to make it easy to make new appointments. Besides, the physical therapy work offered, the positive, kind, and cheerful environment helps to make the time, there, even more exceptional. I know that when I need physical therapy in the future as I get older, I will return to Metro in Great Neck, again and again, even though I live a...
