Orangetheory Fitness — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

Great coach, I have attended class with different instructors and they are all great. But management is not as great. We are asked that we have to show up in person to freeze or cancel membership. What if we moved out of town? Is this a some sort of strategy they come up to force people keep making payment? Not reasonable ask! I wish someone could address this for your client! I call couple of times all they told me is you have to come in to fill out a form there is no other way around. Wonderful, we paid couple of month without attending any class because we can’t cancel the membership. I need...

I absolutely love OrangeTheory...the workouts are insane & I'm in the best shape of my life because of it, but the most incredible thing about the Port Washington studio is the staff. They are absolutely amazing...the trainers kick my butt each and every time, they're attentive and motivating. The staff who work the desk are also tremendous...friendly, helpful and always smiling. I've gone to OrangeTheory studios across the country & while I really like them all, none of them compare to OrangeTheory Port Washington...I'm proud to call it MY studio. ...

Front desk is welcoming, zero attitude and so helpful...they always seem happy to see familiar faces and behave like they are happy to work there. Workouts consistently challenge you to push through your comfort zone which is the only way you will see changes, but they show modifications in case you are not at the level to complete them yet. I love seeing fitness levels of every kind from beginner to extremely fit and athletic. I wish the times lined up better with my train schedule but this is the best workout you will...
