Increddibly rude. I always heard horrible opinions about the staff at 16 handles in my town but wanted to give it a chance and made the mistake of going. Safe to say I am not coming back. The manager Wendy gave me the worst attitude when I said I wanted to decide what toppings to put on my acai bowl, she said to decide from the regular acai bowls and to just choose one. I told her in other locations the staff let me decide what toppings to get on my acai bowl and she laughs at my face saying "REallY?" and rolled her eyes at me. I wanted cheesecake bites and had called over the phone to tell them to include it since uber eats didn’t have it as an option, however the man told me they ran out. After we got off the phone I guess he went to the back just to to double check and realized he had a little extra left and went out of his way to scoop out whatever was left in the back to give to me.
