I have worked with Sue Blume from Personal Escape Travel on many, many vacations at this point, including my entire destination wedding! She always goes above and beyond and helps make every minute perfect! This last trip was a very special bucket list trip for my mom to Hawaii for her 70th birthday and retirement - it’s the only thing that’s ever been on her bucket list so Sue listened very carefully and arranged every step of the trip to give my mom the trip of her dreams. As my mom wanted to explore, this included 2 islands, 6 flights, a car rental, 2 phenomenal hotels and EIGHT excursions! Never once did Sue complain when we had to rearrange flights to fit in all the excursions my mom wanted, and she even called us very late east coast time when our driver couldn’t find our hotel to make sure we were taken care of! I travel a lot for work but my mom has only flown a handful of times and she was nervous initially about the trip, but after I showed her the detailed, highlighted folder Sue sent us in advance, she said, I’m not worried, I know Sue thought of everything and she’s got us! And she did! She even mailed my mom a beautiful picture frame as a birthday/retirement present, that’s how thoughtful she is! I cannot recommend Sue enough and I cannot wait to continue to work with her for every trip big and small...
