The Worst Costumer Service I️ Have Ever Received In My Life! This is what I️ received for asking for my wings to be well done. Apparently that was amusing to the staff and the cook as they laughed at my request and told me my original set of wings where already well done. The cook’s exact words to the staff who took the 1st batch of wings back to her was “so what am I️ going to do with this”. I️ listened them talk about this as if I️ was not standing right in front of them. Then I️ was told I️ had to wait 20 mins if I️ wanted a new batch to be made. I️ said no problem I️ will wait. (Btw I️ ordered these wings 5 mins before my lunch break as I’ve done before, when I️ arrived they where already out which never happens because I️ know it take awhile) Please take a look at these pictures UNBELIEVABLE. I️ called the next morning to make a compliant to the supervisor and he was very nonchalant and rude about the situation. “I️ am sorry IF my staff MAY HAVE offended you..” EXCUSE ME who wouldn’t feel offended about being made a joke of then receiving these burn wings in return. I️ walked away with spending 10 dollars and change on french fries and celery because those were the only two edible items in my tray of food....

Yesterday marked the close of a nearly 13 year long chapter working in this building as I found something much closer to home for me. I will miss this crew! I could always rely on Chuck and Michelle’s team for a yummy breakfast or lunch! It didn’t matter if it was Todd and Jamel cooking up some delicious breakfast sandwiches or making some amazing paninis or wraps or Abby and Mikayla putting together fresh crisp salads they never disappoint! When I come back for check ups (my doctors are all still in this location) I plan on getting my fix at Granite Cafe. Admittedly most people come for the convenience when they work either in the building or next door but the food is actually pretty solid. I'm always nervous when a place has such a large menu but the options I've tried have always been good. I pretty consistently get the gyro on a wrap and it's a well-made wrap with good ingredients. Their soup and hot meal rotation is pretty good so those are always decent options. The same people have been working there the three years I've been going so that has to say something positively...
