This place is so mean. I am planning my Bahamas diving trip and need to buy a new bcd and regulator set because my current set has been sent for maintenance. When I walked around in the store, my stomach doesn't feel well. I asked can I use the restroom? The staff said customer onlyđ. Such a mean store, you lost a potential customer who could spend $2000+ . And I donât believe customers could satisfy their dive trips with such mean staff. Good luck!
Well, well, well, the owner replied. Very Good!
Wake up please, it's 21st century! You said customers are suspicious? Really? Yes, I am that kind of person all the purchases start from "just looking". I bought my $3000+ gear set in Miami during a "just looking" store visit. Should I fly back to Miami for maintenance? I booked my trip, want to spend several days diving and realize my gears need maintenance. Then, I want to buy a new set before the trip. What's wrong here? Oh, maybe you don't know some high-end equipment is made by Titanium, which only needs do one maintenance every 3 years. Well, I stop teach you have to run a business in 21st century. Think about why your business didn't grow into a big chain store instead of this kind of "private club".
New customers, please take look 1 star reviews from other customers. You will believe me this is a mean store. Also, I believe every body has the situation that their stomach does not feel well when you do shopping. Last but not least, this store is not professional. They plan their Caribbean diving trip during raining season. Why? because the accommodation is cheaper and you don't care about customer experience? Yes, you don't care customer experience, the only thing you care about is making money.
I dress cleanly and behave appropriately and politely. You call me suspicious only because I didn't spend money in your store. I respect if you are a private club and return customer only. Good luck, God is watching you!
You store is not only mean, but...

After waiting some time and at the bequest of her customer she came over to assist. I was given a tank and asked to inspect then come and provide my info and sign a small paper slip (name, credit card number, CID, expiration). I asked that it be shredded upon return of equipment as I am leary of written card info.
Next day I went to return my tank and upon asking where to place the tank I was told to leave it where I stood. The two employees working provided a cold interaction with few words and minimal eye contact. I was asked my name, handed my slip and that was all. I was looking to buy a new mask and snorkel but after this interaction I'll bring my business elsewhere.
I also do not appreciate my CC info not being kept in secure storage and rather was simply behind the desk bundled with others. In the world of data security this is a big deal and lends itself to unauthorized access. I recommend a PCI compliance audit or to review...
Read moreI was just recently certified with Scuba Network. The instructors are great and so patient. I was having trouble clearning my mask of water and we practiced as many times as needed for me to master this skill. I did my certifications dives in "Dutch Springs, PA with the Scuba network team. It was a very good experience and we had some fun too.
I purchased my BC with them and some other equipment. The prices are very competive and they will match the internet price for you when possible.
I saw a previous negative review and felft I neded to provide my two cents.
Martha, Steve and the team are Sweethearts and love what they do! They are professional and friendly.
At times, the store is a bit busy with steady customers (I made that determination from the first name basic everyone greets each other) So sometimes you have to wait a little but steady customers speak a thousand unspoken words.
In my opinion...Don't hesitate to take your certification with them. ...
