I went there this Thursday and went back on Friday to exchange some of my purchases. I have been there a few times before, the cost of the perfumes and colognes got a little more expensive, some a little more than Macy's. The owner does not have set prices, he gives random quotes so you never know what you are going to pay, then he tells you he is giving you a discount which turns out to be higher than regular store prices, and if it's cheaper it's only by a few dollars.They will get you If you don't know the cost of whatever you are purchasing. If you are going to purchase any perfumes or cologne at this outlet make sure you check out department stores before you go and compare the cost. We think that when we hear the word outlet then we are getting a bargain, not necessarily, other stores might turn out to be cheaper. 0 stars to the owners and 1 star for the young man that speaks Spanish and English in there. I went inside said hello to both my parents go there often for 5+ years. This was my 3rd time going in I asked them how they were they are rude and don’t acknowledge you. My family and I were standing in there after walking right past in front of them. They saw we needed help but the owner himself was on his phone he completely ignored me. So did the wife after 3 times of me asking her since the man wasn’t paying me no mind. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The owner was extremely rude and showed no care for his customers. When I asked for a small discount after mentioning that I was planning to spend around $500 on perfumes, he dismissively told me to buy online instead. To make matters worse, his wife was making faces and staring at us the whole time. I expected better service, especially when willing to spend a significant amount.
