First of all, not everyone wants to stop at a supermarket after 10pm with a 3yr old but I had to on 6/6/24. As my sister, her partner, myself and 3yr old were finishing up at the self check out the person in the picture displayed a level of unprofessionalism that I have never experienced elsewhere. Disappointed is an understatement! The fact that this man could push himself and badge in front of us stated "we have to leave" and couldn't wait for us to move, or even ask for an excuse so we can move aside shows clearly that he not only has no respect for this company but also has no respect for the people who shop here. When his lack of professionalism was mentioned and we asked to speak to a manager he went on to ask "do you know who I am? Do you know who I am?" I don't know who he is, neither do I care but I can assure you that I went from being impressed at my 1st time walking into that store to never wanting to step foot in it again. This has been the worst customer service and most disappointing experience I've had at any store.
