Under Armour Factory House - Adirondack Outlet Mall — Attraction in Town of Queensbury

Last week when I went here I had a new pair of shoes picked out to purchase. I had went up the counter to pay for them and my card would not process in their systems on either terminal. The manager had mentioned this had happened last week and she would call the help desk. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to process my order. After the call they said they couldn't process my card and were not sure why it wouldn't process and I had to go find an ATM to pull out cash to pay them if I wanted the shoes. I later went online to find the exact shoes I wanted on sale and with military discount it was less than half the price of the ones I had settled for originally in store. (The store was also unable to give me a reason why I had 40% military discount online but only 10% in store this store) All in all a very big letdown from this location and will never return or...

I gave them 5 stars because the staff is very courteous and there are deals to be had. Under Armour is one of the few stores that is still at what was once the most amazing shopping experience in Lake George. The outlets at Lake George are not what they used to be so please give Under Atmour your business and support them for still being there and hopefully the rest of the outlets will come back after everybody gets vaccinated and this...

Be very careful to check their closing times. We accidentally went on a holiday and I stepped out for a less Then a minute leaving my family inside. They refused to let me in to even get the car keys. I completely understand closing times ( it was an accident we went close to it), but refusing to let someone grab their family to leave or get the keys is ridiculous especially when there could be a very good reason the keys...
