The good: the prices. Like their sister (brother?) store Trader Joe's, their private label items are competitively priced and their quality is reliable. Great for staples like milk and eggs. The bad: ONE motorized cart for the entire store and no outlet at the front of the store to plug it in! It was dead by 1pm one day and the employee just said "Oh well, that's the only one we got" and that was it. Unacceptable. I was unable to walk well enough to do my shopping, so I left. There needs to be an outlet at the front of the store to plug it in between uses so it's there for the people who need it, period. Otherwise why have one at all? The store is also a signal dead zone; good luck getting cell service in the store to see if you need to pick up milk before you go home! Staff is hit-or-miss; sometimes they're knowledgeable and helpful, sometimes they shrug and say "I guess we're out of it". Yeah, thanks. One cashier flung my stuff through the scanner and to the end like he was on Supermarket Sweep, even though no one was behind me on the line. What's the rush? If low prices are your priority, this place is great. If you don't care about name brands, this place is great. If you care about customer service, this place...
Read moreAccidentally arrived at 0858, 2 minutes before opening. The doors were open so me and a couple other people wandered into the store. The manager charged out at us yelling that they're not open yet, yelling "Jesus Christ, what's wrong with you people, we're not open yet. We have 3 more minutes", and ranting while giving us dirty looks and making a shooing gesture with his hands like we were a bunch of stray cats that wandered in. After he chased us out he slammed and locked the door shaking his head. Really? That's how you treat customers? I get it, you can't have people in when store is closed, but you need to be a belligerent animal about it? How about just asking. A minute later I went into the store for the fist time. How is this place getting good ratings? It's a mess. It's tiny. There are about 6 aisles of random dry goods, and only a handful of each. This is like shopping in a third world country. These have to be fake corporate reviews. I'm literally shocked that this place has stayed open. How can this place actually compare itself to Kroger and other large supermarkets? I guess it's cheap, but with no selection and abusive staff, nothing could be worth it. First and last...
Read moreBeen shopping there since they opened and thank god lidl opened. This store is a joke. They never have things they advertise and I waste my time driving there only to find empty shelves consistently. No sauce, no pasta, empty freezer bins. It really irks me aldi finds does not exist there. New staff every week, one cashier with a long line. It's dirty looking like an old outdated store and it's relatively new. They have very small quantities of items and keep stuff hidden in storage in the back instead of putting it out on the floor. They don't mark down items close to expiring like they are supposed to. The new lidl is so much nicer and well stocked. At least my time wont be wasted going there. Still the store is not stocked. No orange juice for months. Went on a Tuesday and shelves were empty . Nobody working there putting out food. I'm sick of wasting my time going there. Went again and still empty shelves. No eggs, baby wipes and most of what i needed missing. I don't understand why this store is like this. Management...
