The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Not only would they let not me rent something to receive a discount from a prior agreement due to a previous resident at my house, they also will not allow me to return a product purchased THREE days ago because the product they sold me was not what I thought it would be. Super uncomfortable mattress. Also, the district manager who called me after calling the 800 number, basically laughed about my problem. Said that I was told that there are no refunds based on a sign they keep on the bottom of a window and not in eyes view. When I was in store purchasing the mattress no one directly informed me there were no returns/refunds and the receipt I have does not say that either. Offered store credit, but then again why would I want to accept store credit for a company that is so awful to customers? If I could give zero stars based on my experience...
Read moreI bought a XBox One X back in January. It stopped working the other day and I brought it back to them. They said they would have to send it out to see if it was repairable. They said they didn't have any loaners for me to use in the meantime. They never called me back to let me know anything I called customer service and they said that the territory manager would be calling me back within 48 hours and here it is 4 days later and I still haven't received that call. When I called today to find out what was going on they said that it was the motherboard so that would cost more to replace the motherboard than it would to replace the unit and so now they're saying I'm going to have to pay a difference. I lost my bank card and worked open to close so I didn't get to the bank yet. He will tell you that you have until 3 pm the next day but call you 4 times before noon. Make it make sense please.
