TLDR: poor service, poor communication. bike was brought in for a premium tune-up, and the ramming bolt for the crank wasn't tightened enough so I lost it during my 2nd ride post tune-up. I went to a different shop nearby where I live to get a temporary replacement (bolt), and Rotations was not able to find a suitable replacement/OEM part.
THEY DID NOT TRY TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE CAUSED BY THEIR MECHANICS AT ALL. Wasted my time + money. If you have a bike I recommend you find a different bike shop elsewhere. I have spent the last two months trying to work out issues with a bike repair, but poor service and response to what they have (not) done leads to this review.
I brought my bike in for service a few days before a scheduled appointment for the deluxe tune-up. I needed my bike taken apart and cleaned as well as some shifting issues to be addressed.
They told me a new chain was what was needed, so I had that swapped and returned to the shop when things were ready. The bike should have been ready the following week (many days after original appointment), but after dropping by, I found my bike was not yet serviced. I came back the following week to pick it up.
I took the bike out for my first two rides, where the shifting was a little slow but otherwise felt OK. At the start of my third ride, my crank on the non-drive side fell off. At sometime during the previous ride, the bolt must have fallen off that I did not notice. The additional riding that I did wore down the teeth on the crank.
I went to a nearby LBS to get ANYTHING that would at least make my bike rideablE again. They found a random bolt for the short term.
I returned to Rotations with my bike, and they did not have a better bolt in the shop. They said they would try to find me the proper bolt, but were not able to procure one.
Since I now have a bike damaged by the ineptitude of their mechanics, I was looking to get compensated for what happened. i.e money towards a new crank/money off install etc. They told me they would do nothing and that I was out of luck since I didn't bring my bike straight back to them after the crank fell off.
This is absurd, and gives their shop a terrible reputation. I brought the bike back the following week, and had only gone to my LBS to make my bike rideable (live in NJ part-time).
I am upset by the technical work, customer service and overall bad attitude of the shop. They charge a premium for their work over bike shops, and you get nothing for it.
I do not recommend anybody bring more than a child's trike to this shop for service, you will be let down.

Staff is knowledgeable enough for simple straight-forward bike sales, I’ve bought 4 sub-$1,000 bikes from them in the past. I wanted to get 2 new much pricier e-bikes and quickly found the limits of their knowledge. I did quite a lot of research before stopping by and attempting to purchase a bike here. The staff is super friendly but had a pretty deep misunderstanding of the products they are selling and guide you to whatever they have available. Problems included: 1) pushing to buy a 3-4-year old discontinued e-bike at premium/full price (and not explaining the age and that its discontinued) 2) no idea how to size fit unique-dimensioned people for bikes 3) try to sell you bikes at full price even though manufacturer is discounting to all dealers (these discounts can be in the $1,000+ range) 4) lack the basic ability to compare/contrast detailed differences between bikes 5) tell you that its required to regularly bring e-bikes in for pricey software updates even though you can do this at home on your phone for free.
I really wanted to support my local dealer again but didn’t feel they...
