Foeller Men's Shop and Alterations — Attraction in Town of Wallkill

If I could give 0 stars I would. About a week ago I dropped of my brand new jacket to get it fixed. Prior to me dropping it off I made sure I looked at the jacket so I could let the tailor know what needed to be done. There was a small hole that needed to be fixed and that was it. As my jacket was there for about five days, someone that I know works there notices that there were more holes and rips that ended up just magically appearing. He informed me and I went into the store to look at them. When I got there I noticed there was about four additional holes that came out of nowhere because when I examined the jacket as well as his employees, there was only that one hole. I let the employees know that when I dropped off the jacket there were no additional holes and they would have noticed it the same day, not five days later. I wanted to speak to the boss named Roy who was also not helpful at all. Roy was not there but they called him to see what could be done and he said that he could fix all of the holes for a higher price after the damage was done in his store. I went back to speak to Roy the next day and I wasted my time. He tried to tell me that I did not recognize the large holes in my jacket after in was in the shops care for almost a week. I explained to him that the holes weren't there and instead of him being understanding as a boss and respecting the customer, he didn't care. He tried to tell me everything I did wrong and was very condescending in doing so. He then said he called me and left a voicemail which I didn't receive. He also said he left a note that was attached to the jacket which wasn't on the jacket when I went to go look at it the day before going back to meet with him, how coincidental? Overall just a bad experience and I wont be returning. -5 stars...

I am very disappointed in this place, we paid $500 for a suit for my sister's wedding, when the suit arrived last week and my dad came to try it, it was not what he expected, the fabric was of very poor quality and the model He did not like it, when they asked him if he liked it he said no and nobody gave him another option they simply said that they had already ordered it and that they could not do anything and that they would fix it in two weeks. Today I was able to come with him and see how we could reach an agreement with them as it was supposed to be ready next week when we arrived immediately they said the suit was ready that's strange since they said they would not be ready inside two weeks and I have to say they were very rude especially a blonde woman who is there, I do not know who she is but she is very fresh with us and has a very bad attitude and I get very upset because roy did not help us at all he does not care about us. The first time we entered this store, Roy was so kind to us, of course, because he wanted to sell. At the end of the day we had to take a $500 suit with which we are not at all happy and which my dad would not use at the wedding because he does not like it. We will never return and I would never...

My husband and I absolutely love this place. We are so happy we found this gem of a place. The employees were all so kind and informative. They made us feel so welcome. We have gone to other places and were made to feel unwelcomed and judged. My husband got his wedding suit from here and they took their time to make sure he got what he wanted and tailored it great with the short notice we gave them. I also got my bridesmaid dress tailored and the price was fair and they did a great job. Both men and woman are welcome. We had an overwhelming amount of help, each person made sure we were taken care of. Darone, Roy, Judy and Shareen were awesome. We felt conformable to be there and have fun while there. There a more employees I did not get their names. But we have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this place. Whether you are looking for something to wear or need something tailored. We will definitely keep this place for...
