Went there an purchased a sofa Bed an a Bedroom set... Nick the Sale Associate was more than Helpful 5 Stars for Nick.. Was not pushy Very patient! Spend time an showed us what we were looking for... BUT... We haven't received r merchandise yet.. That will happen this Thursday.. So this Review is incomplete... I will be returning to update this Review!!! Well I'm back for the rest of my review... We received r delivery only they delivered the wrong piece... Of No Fault of the Delivery People... Nick r salesperson was the lone culprit for this mess up... An unfortunately of cause that 1 thing snowballs into a FANDANGO!!!!! So of cause we call the location that we spend a huge amount of money.... When the person picked up my wife explained the problem to the person who picked up the phone... Because NICK Wasn't around... isn't it always like that!!! After explaining everything..the person told my wife that she would have to speak to the manager.. After waiting 15 minutes... the person got back on the phone an told my wife that the manager was with a customer... isn't it always like the.... That the manager would return r phone call after he was finished... okay Np.. 2 Hours later with No call back..my wife decided to call back.. Since we were only upstate to help her Brother who has a Disability Move into a New apartment An we had to get back to work.... So after waiting 2 Hours for the call back.. An now we're back on the phone with the same person.. Not the Manager of cause we had to wait another 20 minutes b4 he finally got on the phone!!😤😡😠🤬☠️ We had to explain once again what had happened... He told us that the piece that we originally ordered which was a coffee table an they delivered a console which was much bigger THAT it would b an additional $100 dollars.... An we wouldn't b able to get it for another 4 days... Well.. the steam started coming out of my wife's ears... After letting this manager know that we weren't thrilled to be hearing any of this nonsense... The days for the delivery started to get shorter and shorter.. An we definitely weren't about to pay an extra $100 dollars for something that was alot less smaller an not r doing in the 1st place... We did receive what we ordered the very next day an early delivery.. But I should have read the reviews for this location.. Because I definitely wouldn't have gone here... Being single I thought I wouldn't need it but to my surprise......I Had my living room & chair for just over a month when my 7 year old grand daughter had gotten a few scrapes by the staples that were left in my chair. After that my couch pillows frayed, couch seat cover zipper split, lamp spoke just broke as I was gently dusting it off. I was told that I could have a reselect because of all my issues. Of course you know I was told that I'm the only one who encountered so many issues with a purchase from there. The only problem with that, is since "COVID" the prices are triple the amount so I really had no choice but to stick with the selection I originally purchased. They claim Ashley's furniture is crap, funny thing is my daughter purchased a chair & couch about a month after me. She has 3 kids. 2 birds & had no problems. I am very disappointed. Especially because it's suppose to be high end quality, so with the amount of $$$$ that I spent I didn't expect or feel that I would have a problem with. Also along with some of the sales people acting very pushy when you walk in the door, other than Jose & a few others. The girls in the back are wonderful. Especially Tiffany. One spacific manager is a real gem to come across. I called with a simple question. Was hung up on rt away after calling twice., called again, waited 20 minutes & was hung up on again, called back & after a wait of a 1/2 hour I drove there in my pajamas, totally pissed off. I was still on hold when I got there. I just aggravated myself. Didn't do me one bit of good other than having my question anwsered. Which was could I still purchase a warranty seeing. Of coarse I can't!I'm having such bad luck with my brand new furniture. I'm just so disappointed! So if you're lookung for new furniture I reccomend either going to a Raymore & Flannigan's outlet. For the most part the people are friendlier, the prices are a bit better, not much though, or go to Ashley. Anywhere else!!!Definitely spend more time...
Read moreI have purchased from this location for years and have been very happy with everything except this last purchase. I needed a new mattress and purchased the 120 day sleep guarantee insurance. After about 60 days my hips were aching and husbands shoulders were bothering him. I went into the store and was told I need to make an appointment with a manager. Made the appointment. I showed up for the "appointment" and waited for the manager. I will call him Wally for the purpose of this review. The appointment was at 11:00 am. I show up 10 minutes early. At 11:15 I am still waiting for said manager. At 11:20 I asked if the Wally was a doctor. At 11:25 I get assistance from another manager - maybe the assistant manager? I show him the bed I purchased and the mattress I want. The bed my husband and I purchased was not the bed that was originally delivered. We never even laid on the mattress that I was advised is the one in my home. Not sure why the salesperson would have a mattress delivered to us that I did not pick out. I suppose I should have photographed the mattress we picked out when we purchased it. Assistant manager advises me that I can only swap this out once. Our sleep insurance policy is only good for one exchange. I pick out a SOFTER mattress. I pay an additional $900. Now I have a $4000 mattress. Mattress comes. Delivery guys are courteous and professional. The mattress has NO TAGS. There is no signage on the mattress to determine if this is the $4000 mattress I picked out. Is this a returned mattress they delivered? WHY IS THERE NO TAG ON THE MATTRESS? Tempur-Pedic doesn't put tags on their mattresses? How would one know? Additionally it is like a BRICK. It is much firmer than the one that I sent back. I would give 1 star, but hate leaving reviews. If you buy a mattress from this store, photograph it and make sure it's the one that they deliver. I will most likely never use this...
