5 stars for cleanliness. But 4 stars for selection. 2 stars for App & rewards / discounts / coupons.
Selection: It could be improved upon. We really like a few of the local items they sell & many of their own branded items. A good lot of their own branded items that you'd use (Band-Aids, etc) are not sufficient.
I would recommend they become more like a Wegmans or Buehlers or Safeway & have a food bar with order off menu items. A decent variety of organic items needs to be expanded for more than what is there already.
I also disapprove of the way you display your razors. Get rid of the safety feature to roll the product off the shelf.
Coupons: I appreciate digital coupons! I dislike, however, your placement of the coupons. I need the ability to make my shopping experience & trip nice. It is not nice to have to go up & down aisles to search for something in my clipped coupons once I've already been passed that aisle, or even worse, going back across the store. There needs to be an option to filter the coupons by how your stores are set up. So if I wanted to shop & my coupons match your aisles of the way I'd shop I don't want to have to continually scroll up and down constantly to make sure I got the item the coupons call for.
Rewards: I appreciate the thought but it doesn't fill the rewards fast enough & I can't use my credit when I want.
Discounts: When I'm on the mobile website I would like there to be a link at the bottom of the page to go to your specials webpage easier. I have it bookmarked but it's still difficult to find because you have several webpages for many discount options. Be consistent, concise & simple!
App: We can't even use your app. We must sign into the website every time we shop. Using it at home is fine but slower than other apps. But it does us no good when we can't view the coupons when at the store. Your app...

The store is always extremely clean, spacious, excellent lighting, organized, with many selections and varieties of brands for the same item. Most importantly to me, the individual staff are extremely kind, generous, helpful, and will answer questions in a kind, respectful and helpful manner. They even customize and assist with a specific product (I e., think of special cuts to specifications ordering filet mignon -exact thickness). The 2 gentlemen I spoke with one day were a pleasure to deal with. I also spoke to one of the managers, who was stocking apples, she offered a Crisp apple to try, and I purchased one for my better half, they were OUTSTANDING!!! So was the kind service. I continued shopping and went to the meat and seafood section (where I had the nice experience noted above). Continued on to dairy and bakery, looking for a specific item, which apparently they no longer carry.The young lady assistant was kind and apologetic, as they no longer would be getting the requested product my wife enjoys. She provided an alternate product, cinnamon pastry of some kind, as a kindness to test, and apparently my wife enjoyed them, as 2 days later they were both consumed! The employees have often assisted to unload the groceries into our SUV (I have difficulty as I am physically disabled due to underlying medical conditions). Handicap carts are available, but with an assistive device I walk at times in the store. I especially like the "pink lady" apples and now the Crisp apples. The organic food section is impressive. While most stores around town are barraging their clients with rediculous customer flow restrictions, "wrong way" signs on the floors, one way in and one way out entrances and exits, you have remained focused on your customers shopping experience which is appreciated. Every senior citizen should shop with you because the other stores have turned shopping into a nightmare gestapo experience which is just sad and un necessary.
