Annie's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Town of West Seneca

UPDATE: Seems like this store changed it's name to Little Green Apple Hallmark. No matter... it's still one of the worst places to ever consider purchasing anything from!!

If I could give this Louisville KY store NO STARS I would. The woman at the counter was rude and unhelpful. I asked about an ornament and she said they didn't call it by that name.

Excuse me, you are a registered Hallmark store, selling Hallmark ornaments. There shouldn't be another name for what Hallmark originally labels their ornaments. Wonder how they would feel about a store relabelng their products.

She said to describe it... it's called Snowtop Lodge, Whittaker Q. Snowden Porcelain Ornament. She never did say what they supposedly called it. She just hatefully said they were sold out, even though their website said they had several in stock!

That's OK, I'll take my business elsewhere and not mess with this store ever again. This is the 3rd time I've tried coming here and EVERY time, they are just rude hateful people working the counter. You would think that at Christmas, they could at least be somewhat kind and helpful. I'm over this place! I bought it from somewhere else at a reduced price anyway!

Annie's, you all really need to hire people that actually have the necessary skills to serve your customers, it's called kindness! So far, some of your staff seem to lack customer...

I have shopped at this Hallmark store many times, coming from Depew. I love the selection of gifts and cards, and frequently have found just what I was looking for. However, I’m quite disappointed in the way my ninety year old mother was treated yesterday in this store by one of the employees. I was not with her. She lives in the area, and has shopped there frequently. She told me that she accidentally knocked over, and broke, an item that was precariously located near the registers. One of the employees told her she had to pay for the broken item, then settled for half the cost. It’s very unfortunate that this store had to take $15.00 from an elderly person, when it was clearly an accident. I used to love coming into this store, but will now think twice. My visit there yesterday was very unsettling. I was in the store for over an hour and that one person came to help me or ask if I needed help upon my checking out I had items that were breakable and they didn't have a box for it or even wrap it in bubble wrap so that it wouldn't break. I've shopped in these stores for many years and never was treated the way I was this time I even had to ask for a calendar that they were giving freely to every customer except me. I felt very discriminated against and yes I was the only black person in their store but I never let that bother me I give everyone a chance.
