GameStop — Attraction in Town of West Seneca

EDIT: rinse and repeat, didn't get the employee's name again. stopped by after a dr's appointment in the plaza. same gentleman working as my previous experience. he was awesome even though i was just browsing. remembered setting me up with the funko/reusable bag sale thing they had back in june. as someone whose worked retail from associate to manager that is some STELLAR CS skills! i really hope the upper management and district appreciates the staff here!

dang... wish i had gotten everyone's name. was there saturday 6/4 in the afternoon around 1530ish? needed a new xbox controller for my pc because i'm a dummy and saw on the website there was supposedly multiple vecna funkos in stock (when i tried to order before there was only one and it got cancelled.) staff was AWESOME. undoubtedly my best gamestop experience ever. left spending far more than i'd intended (didn't expect to happen across the drizzt funko though... for some reason didn't think they were currently available.) staff couldn't be more helpful with multiple members jumping in. even though it's not my closest location i will definitely use this as my default location from now on. thank you...

I absolutely love this location. No matter whose been working, the staff is always warm, friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently bought my PS5 back in 11/2022 after searching high and low.. the fellas here at the store answer any and all questions, never force sales on me, recommend any gaming advice and leave me always wanting to support and frequent this location for all my video game needs. #REED - STORE MANAGER: is a great guy, my PS5 died on me in “rest-mode” I was devastated. I returned to Game-Stop🛑 with all my receipts and questions and #REED took very good care of all my questions and concerns. He swapped out the dead system with a brand new console and I just hope I can always give folks their “credit” when it’s due, this guy had a million other things going on I’m sure but never made me feel any type of way other than a happily satisfied customer. Go see him at 1024 Union Road in West Seneca, you’ll be glad you did!!!...

So I stopped in to purchase a ps5 game for my nephew. The pre owned game said 19.99. At the register it came up as 23.99 and they refused to change it when I said it was not my fault that the tag was wrong and it's not my job to make sure the tags are right. Then then said the reason is because they only have one person working at a time so they might miss a price change once in a while. But there was 4 employees Standing behind the counter, doing nothing. Pathetic nobody wants to do their job anymore.
