The Windham Spa — Attraction in Town of Windham

I live way out of town and came to the area for a family reunion. As my family and I were looking for things to do in the area I knew I wanted some spa services while I was in town. So I called some random spas near by and got a referral for this spa. I then called to book a massage for myself and I was completely thrilled with the way they handled my Covid 19 request. When I got to the spa for my massage I had previously asked for my masseuse to mask since we are very covid cautious and when David came out to get me he was not wearing a mask. I kindly asked him to get a mask and he immediately went to get a kn95 and apologized for not having one on before. I definitely appreciated his kindness and understanding of my Covid concerns and wasn’t expecting him to be as understanding as he was.

Also I have had several massages in my life so this was definitely not my first one. I feel like the massage David gave me was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I absolutely loved this spa and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back if we were back in town.

This is a true gem of Windham, NY! I've been to numerous Spas in NYC, Atlantic City, Las Vegas, etc... and this is probably the best place I have been! We had 90 minute Swedish massages there and they were amazing! The girls were lovely and very experienced. My wife said that she felt like she was floating at some point. My muscles were pretty sore the next day, especially in areas that the masseuse said I had tension and I requested she go deeper into the tissue. It was very clean and had a very nice little shop with a lovely selection of really nice lotions and body products. The next day we came in for signature pedicures which were also really lovely, we had one girl take care of both of us and she was very pleasant. The pedicure was different from what I'm used to (there was no base coat, just the color and the top coat so I am not sure how long it will last), but overall it was a great experience and we even enjoyed some complementary tea. Antonia and Sadhbh @ the Windham Spa are simply the best. On every visit to the spa I have been met with a warm genuine smile and made to feel right at home. They care about You and your wellbeing and it shows. The spa is in a transformed guesthouse that has been lovingly and mindfully decorated. I love to browse the products in the front room and relax with a cup of tea on the comfy loungers. I've sat there for hours post treatment reading a book or magazine while gazing out the window at the Mountain.

I love getting a facial with Antonia, the spa owner. She mixes Eminence organic (and some biodynamic) skin care products with some of her own home grown creations to make the best facial ever. I feel truly blessed to live close enough to make the drive over the mountain to visit the spa. It's just like visiting old friends, you always feel welcome ! If you're in the Windham/Catskill area, there's no better place for a facial or massage....
