Windham Mountain Outfitters — Attraction in Town of Windham

We needed to rent 20 pairs of snow shoes as part of a SnoYoga event for my daughter’s New Years Eve wedding weekend. We initially forgot to pick them up on Friday night but thankfully Windham Outfitters texted to remind us and they also opened early so we didn’t miss a beat!!! Snowshoes were easy to put on and the staff was great about giving us a quick lesson in how to put them on! Several of our guests rented snow boards and ski equipment from them too without any problems!! Most important no one got hurt and everyone had a great time on the mountain! Horrible service, My buddy and I intended on buying bikes today. Drove an hour to get there, only to be turned away after less than 5 minutes in the store. I was told they have stock in the back but were unwilling to sell a bike until May 26, a month away. I was interested in the bike that was on the showroom floor, with a "On Sale" sign hung from it as the first thing you see when you walk in the door. Poor service and little choice of rentals. My husband purchased a high performance ski rental package. They did not have any performance boot in his size and the skis were basic. You pay before you see the equipment so heasked for a refund of the difference between the regular package and the high performance package but they refused. Terrible customer service.

He has rented performance package in Colorado and the Alps and has always been satisfied but this retailer is not up to...
