adidas Outlet Store Central Valley — Attraction in Town of Woodbury

Worst customer service. This happened at 3:30 pm on August 19th. Checked out a few things, the bill was $170. I asked the person who checked out the items if there are any coupons, she said no. After I checked out, I read on the board that there was a coupon that gave $30 off $150. When I spoke to the “manager”, she said the coupon is valid, when I asked why the cashier didn’t know she said the cashier was just there for the day so she didn’t know. The manager said that I need to go stand in the line again and she would give the coupon only if it’s asked, which I did. She never apologized or said sorry, she made me stand in line for another 15 minutes instead of offering to apply the discount. I asked if there was another “manager”, which there was, and she was equally rude and unhelpful.

Convenient located within Woodbury mall . I recently visited the Adidas store and had a mixed experience. The product range was decent, and the store was well-organized. However, the discounts were just average—nothing too exciting or different from what you’d find online or during regular sales.

What really brought the experience down was the billing process. It was quite slow, with decent wait times ! I always wish there were self checkout counters in these stores . I liked a couple of things but when I saw the billing queue I left it and didn’t buy . It felt a bit understaffed at the checkout counter, which made the whole process more tedious than it should be.

I order a pair of sneakers in the past and it was dirty upon arrival and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The white soles were stained brown. I thought it was a one time coincidence. So I was eyeing this jacket and ended by buying it the next time around. For me, I loved it because it was apart of their new sustainable products and it looked very cool. Upon washing it the whole zipper broke and it was not able to zip without a zipper pull. This all happened before I even wore the jacket for the first time. I called customer service and they told me to coordinate a solution with the outlet and the staff at the outlet wanted nothing to do with it.
