BOSS Outlet - Woodbury Commons — Attraction in Town of Woodbury

I visited the Hugo Boss store yesterday with my husband, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful Christian was. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much he cares—not just about keeping the store immaculate, but about truly helping each customer who walks through the door.

Christian has a genuine passion for what he does, and it shines through in every interaction. He was attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful while working with us, and his warm energy truly brought a smile to my face—something I haven’t felt much lately as I’ve been going through a very difficult time.

I enjoied the store. There were not too many good stuff in promotion, but i managed to buy a spetacular pant for only $55 USD, and that’s good price for a BOSS quality pants. My son liked a lot a sweatshirt but there wasn’t any size availlable. I saw the best quality dress shirt i’ve seen there but again no correct size availlable. Some other clothes were not as cheap as they should for an Outlet, normal BOSS prices. The coats were beautifoul but it’s main function is winter shielding. I understand pay more for a BOSS quality and beauty on a coat but they MUST deliver superb cold protection and then, they must evolve in details other brands specialized in outdoor and snow coats shine and Boss stuff fails. Yesterday I had a bad experience I've been buying in this store for years they treat people with attitude I went to change a Christmas gift that the price wasn't even on sale I just wanted to change the size and the manager Christin didn't want to do it because i was late 4 days she realized that he was calling 1800 and she hid in the office the excuse they gave me was that she was in a meeting she send one of the sale guys and even the women from costumer service say was awsome but was not her decision.
