The store should fire that white female employee with long straight black hair (she claims to be the manager)!
We bought a belt and needed it to be punched with holes. Another employee helped us check out and told us that once the belt was punched, it couldn't be returned. We agreed, so this "manager" helped us punch the holes. Throughout the process, she was very rude and did not respond to any of our questions. Because there was a pricing error at checkout, the employee who checked us out came over to refund the difference and apologize. When explaining the situation to her, she remained indifferent and did not respond positively to her colleague. During the punching process, she folded the belt very forcefully. My husband asked her not to do that because it would leave unsightly creases on the belt. She said the only thing she said the whole time, "The belt is going to get damaged sooner or later and will have creases."
After she finished, the holes were all over the place; they were not in a straight line, and some holes were doubled and crooked, making it extremely ugly. We requested a replacement, and she said, "This is how the company trains us, what do you want? I'm not a machine, and once you pay for punching, it's non-refundable." When we asked to speak to the manager, she said, "I am the manager, what do you want?" and interrupted us numerous times, demanding to speak first.
It wasn't until her colleague saw what was happening and called over a male manager that our issue was resolved.
Throughout the entire service, she was mute in the first half and turned into a lunatic in the second half. I can hardly imagine any store hiring such a person as a manager. She can't even handle the simplest, lowest-paying job. In this economic climate, hiring such an employee is to offend customers and ruin their own brand? D&G has already learned the lesson, does Coach also need to learn it the...
Read moreLoved my purchase but annoyed with store policies. I bought two expensive items and was not given a box and they charge to wrap it up. Kate Spade does this for free which is why I would expect Coach to as well. I am buying a luxury item it would be nice to have it wrapped up for me instead of just thrown in a bag. Also, other stores like Kate Spade offer a student discount while Coach did not. They also wouldn’t price match for me. The bags I got were $30 cheaper like 4 days ago which is why I was upset when I got to the store and wasn’t able to pay the price I thought the bag costs. I don’t normally shop with this brand and I probably won’t be any time soon because there are other luxury brands that just provide an overall better experience to...
Read moreI had ordered a bag online that wasn’t available in the warehouse so my order got sent to this particular store. I phoned them to check on the status of my order and got the friendliest woman ever. She apologized to me for the delay but noted that there systems had been down and they were working quickly to get everyone’s orders sent out. I told her that I understood and was just checking on it. She was so incredibly kind and helpful. I received my tracking information for my order within the hour of our phone call. I’m not sure of the name of this employee but she was a rockstar!! I wish every store had employees just like her! Keep up...
