FRETTE — Attraction in Town of Woodbury

Literally one of the best costumer service experiences I’ve ever had was here at this Frette location with Toni and Lori. I’m a big fan of Frette and have been using their bedding for years. Recently I had an issue with some bed sheets I had bought here.

Bate and Switch!!! This store has nice fluffy towels... on display. But this is not what they sell. I picked out 8 towels from one style and was then sold sealed plastic bags from the back which I brought home to California. Upon my arrival, I opened the bags to find that the towels I purchased are about the thinnest things I've ever seen. Bought sheet set this past Easter (April 2025) and they feel like a polyester blend. They are not cool and sturdy and soft like they should be. They felt rough and low quality.
