Saks OFF 5TH — Attraction in Town of Woodbury

IMPORTANT MUST READ !!! I had such a bad experience in this Department store on December 7th 2017 ... my sister in law, her 3 years old son , and I . walked in to do some Christmas shopping .. and a lady whom works there approached us in a rude manner and asked if we were going to pay for a toy that my nephew was playing with ... mind you we was shopping we would not be able to walk out without the toy he's playing with ... he loves trains lol ... so we told her yes we are going to purchase the toy .. so we see her watching us for the next 10 min while we are shopping ... which made the experience very uncomfortable ... I mean.. if we were doing something wrong , there is surveillance all over. we did not need her to stand there like a bodyguard .. so we walk up to the register . And she is behind the lady's working at the register and she's watching us ... also very very uncomfortable situation ... so I'm paing for my items .. while my sister in law is behind me in line ... again the woman approaches her and says . Are you going to pay for the robe your son has 😳... my sister in law says oh my God !!!!! Do you even see me at the register yet ? ... that is when I was amazed and hurt at the cruelty ... and I told her she is being very rude and that she should have waited till after my sister in law was done paying for her items and then see if she was going to take anything without paying ... then she calls security on us ... not sure if he was the manager . But soon I will find out ... he starts screaming at us without asking what had happened ... and telling me that he will have me arrested if I did not ""GET OUT OF HIS STORE " I tell him why are you throwing us out ? And under what grounds am I going to get arrested ... he says for trespassing ... I tell him I'm not trespassing .. I'm shopping .. he says again GET OUT !!!! By this time my nephew and my sister in law is sacred ... I tell him okay I'll leave even dough we've done absolutely nothing wrong .. but I will return my Valentino purse I've purchased .. so I did .. very very rude...

On my way back to Buffalo we stopped at the outlet and Saks was the 1st store we went to. I knew right away that I wanted to purchase a handbag. Looked around for about 20 minutes found a bag the brand that i wanted that had a red sale tag on it. I decided to be an adult and buy the cheaper bag. We were only going to be there for a short amount of time so my plan was to double back and get the other bag I wanted as well. I got to the register and was treated horribly. Apparently the bag was not on sale and I was looked at as if i switched a tag which absolutely was not the case! I offered to show where I picked the bag up and asked was there anything that could be done because all I did was check a price and bring the bag to the register with the intent to purchase a 2nd handbag. I was told the price and that the trash didn't belong on the bag. I left upset and empty handed and because of the poor service I didn't double back like I planned to. Customer service...

Only people that help to wear security went to buy a hat I found one I liked I was looking for white and I noticed around the brim. It was steamed orange and it kinda looked gross but I said if I can get a good deal, I’ll buy it so I took it up to the counter. The manager refused to look at the damages and it was not damaged in a way it would normally be for markdown. It was damaged in a new way, but she refused to even look at it and was very rude. She was also standing there doing nothing and still wouldn’t walk over to at least greet me and see what I needed would not recommend this place I was told it was the manager who was rude to me I’d give zero stars if I could as a bigger man shopping can be a little nerve racking so when ppl are rude it only...
