Friendly SA’s and excellent customer service provided by Martin. I was greeted by Martin from cash wrap as I walked inside and dispensed hand sanitizer on my hands during COVID-19. I had zero feelings of paranoia, which is huge in high end shopping. From the exterior the store seems like it would be small from the outside and may have a small men’s section. It may be narrow set, but believe it or not there are three rooms full of merchandise; the back was dedicated to men’s collections. I found my way to the back and came across a few SLGs of interest to me. Martin made is way to the back as he was occupied with retrieving shoes for another client, but shortly after he came to my assistance. I asked to see multiple card holders/wallets, and asked him if they had new ones stocked in case I didn’t want one in the case with any imperfections. He has the most patience I have ever seen in any retail store, seriously. Eventually I couldn’t decided between a few card cases and was debating if I even wanted any of them. He pulled out another few, including a leather pouch that had my name all over it. Suggestive selling is a big deal in retail, and Martin delivered. I ended up purchasing the pouch/wristlet and was very happy walking out the door! He will have a conversation with you if you desire, but won’t if you don’t want to. We talked about fashion and what my favorite designers were, also giving me product knowledge of Fendi designs of the wallets I was debating on. 10/10, ask for Martin when coming here! Also, when shopping in the luxury outlets in the Tuscan region of Italy, the Fendi service abroad is quite comparable to here, especially considering being a foreigner to the Italians. Shocked to see they know what customer service is all about. Most top designers have rude, judgmental staff. My experience here and in Italy say otherwise.

The interior design is sleek, sophisticated, and perfectly curated to reflect the brand’s signature elegance. But what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service.
I had the pleasure of working with Yi, Tyrese (Ty), and Larry—each of whom was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. A special shoutout to Ty, who went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. I needed a gift for a friend going through a tough time, and Ty made sure it was wrapped with the same care and precision as you’d expect from a high-end Fendi boutique. He even added a card! His attention to detail, patience, and genuine understanding made a lasting impression.
Beyond the impeccable service, the store’s selection was fantastic, the atmosphere was inviting, and the overall vibe was nothing short of luxurious. This was easily a 10/10 experience across the board, and I will absolutely be returning....
Read moreWe've only been to Fendi boutiques, and this was our first time to a Fendi outlet, so we had no idea what to expect. The store was very clean and everything was nicely laid out. There was plenty of things to look at. There weren't as many women's clothes so my wife didn't have too much to look at and there weren't too many sizes of shoes either.
Colette was the main person helping us, but because we went there pretty early, other CAs were chimed in too. Colette went as far as to track down a size of pants I needed all the way over in California for me. She was able to do the sale of both pants and a pair of sneakers as a send sale so that we didn't have to carry them around or pay sales tax (yay NH). It is an outlet, so you most likely will not find current season items or the signature items, but there are plenty of great deals to be had.
Overall, it was a good experience, and it has become one of our must go shops...
