Dunham's Sports — Attraction in Traverse City

Waited in line for over 10 minutes, we were second in line, cashier then answered the phone and made us wait an additional 10 minutes while they discussed dart boards. After our purchase we politely told him he should’ve put them on hold as we were actually in the store and was waiting first he accused us of being hostile (we were not) and tried to tell us the call came in before us he was very rude and dismissive. Waiting in line for over 20 minutes was outrageous considering we were only second in line. We almost walked out, but since we needed the items right then we really couldn’t. Last two times I've been in there the cashier with a man bun and high anxiety has made my shopping experience less than subpar. When I refused to give him my phone number and email he proclaimed that he will get wrote up if I didn't give him my information. Dunham's sit just beyond the finest blacktop parking lot on US31. Just north of 8th Street and south of 3 Mile Road it's a hop, skip, and a jump from any of TC's outdoor venues.
