Horrible customer service. I called in yesterday 8/30 to schedule an oil change and spoke to Keith directly who claimed he scheduled an appointment for 1PM on 8/31. I arrived today 8/31 at 12:52PM for my oil change only to find out it was never scheduled. Keith tried to put the blame on someone else, but remembered our phone call as soon as I mentioned that Lisa transferred my call to him directly. He then proceeded to explain that there was no way for him to fit my oil change in even though it was a scheduling error on his part. I expressed my frustration by letting him know my oil life is at 4% and he responded “oh that’s not bad you can definitely make it through the weekend” and told me to come back next week & he would give me 50% off the oil change. It was nice of him to offer this discount, but it would’ve been nicer if he would have actually been reliable and scheduled my appointment for today 8/31/18 at 1PM like we discussed over the phone yesterday 8/30/18. I will never be back and I will never recommend this location to anyone for any services whatsoever due to the unreliable scheduling...

Customer service was outstanding! I just needed my wheels checked and re-torqued as I had new wheels installed just before driving up to Truckee. They got me in on a Saturday within an hour of my first call & I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. To top it off the gentleman didn't even want to charge me for the service. I left a tip. While I was there I watched the manager assist two more people that were having "unexpected" car trouble. He was a solution maker, not an excuse giver. He provided detailed explanation of repairs made to one customer while assuring another customer that his brake problem would not only be properly diagnosed but would be completely repaired by the end of the day, it was almost 3pm when the manager told the customer this. This shop installed brand new Brembo pads and rotors in late July and in November I went in for a standard oil change and they advised me my pads were down to 6 mm over the course of four months which I put 4000 miles on my vehicle. They were unwilling to complete a brake inspection and referred me to the shop next-door, which is owned by the same person for a "second opinion". It has been over a week and I have yet to hear from the owner of the business as requested. At this point, it is definitely a possibility that my brake pads were installed incorrectly by the technician, unfortunately.
