I come to Truckee often for work. Woke up and my car threw some warning about the coolant. I was recommended to this shop from a friend and I was BLOWN away by their customer service and ability to explain things to me in a way I understood exactly what was going on. They fixed the car in less than a work day after giving me the expectation that it may not be fixed until next week. They took me to go get a rental car and called me around 4 o’clock to tell me it was ready and my work trip was back on track! I was very impressed when it came time to tell me what services they recommend in how I did not need to handle them right now and that I would be safe to drive home and get it handled another time. At no point did I feel pressured to do anything. Maggie is so lovely! She made a very stressful time feel much more manageable....

Situation: First time Audi owner. (25 year Toyota truck owner) First day of a two week road trip. Drove 7 hours from Boise, heading to the Monterey area.
