Large sandwiches taste great and a bit on the pricey side. Expect to spend $11-$15 dollars for a sandwich and a drink.
You walk through a line past a refrigerator with bottled or canned drinks (you can order fountain drinks at the counter) before getting to the ordering counter.
After placing your order with the indifferent this-is-a-McJob employee you wait in two seating areas: The one to the left of the ordering counter where they call your name for food pickup, or the one to the right where the restroom is located and not quite within hearing distance when they call your name. I don't know why the employees don't ALWAYS use the intercom when calling out customer names.
There is outside seating for those beautiful Truckee afternoons.
Overall it's an OK place for a sandwich but a more enthusiastic vibe when I'm ordering at the counter would be nice considering the cost...
Read moreI love the food. I’m a regular here.. and when I make my order, it’s very specific but simple. What I have noticed in the past 2 years of me coming here, 90% of the time that I tip, they get my order wrong (I usually order online). I don’t know what the deal is, or if the people working aren’t paying close enough attention. But it seems as if I don’t tip, they get the order right a majority of the time. I picked up my order one time and asked for the condiment I even mentioned in my order (wasn’t given as asked) and the person behind the counter grabbed it and just tossed it at me. If the plastic container opened on me, I’m pretty sure I would be a little pissed.
Overall, love the food. But they need to work on how they are with making consistent custom orders. And also, don’t toss condiments with a...
Read moreWe've heard good things about Full Belly and were eager to give them a try. If I could give a big fat ZERO I would. I ordered a SW Chicken wrap COLD for my boyfriend to pick up on his lunch. What we received was far from that. Not only was it burnt on the outside the chicken inside was too!! We also ordered a turkey wrap that should've also been cold but was hot (not burnt) lastly we ordered only half SW Chicken on sour dough as a HOT sandwich and assumed that's why part of the bag was warm. I connot stress this enough... having worked in food service it is extremely important to be efficient and not waste customers time or hard earned money. People in the medical field along with others have limited time for meal (if they even get one) and arrange pick for a reason. For those reasons we will not be returning to this...
