Hello, i just wanted to reach out regarding the Days Inn we stayed starting 3rd night to 7th of July. We had a very disgusting experience with this hotel as our room was having bed bugs. From the first night we were itchy but we did not realise that it was because of Bed bugs as we never saw a bed bug in my life. 2nd day before leaving the room I saw a bug on my wife’s pillow but did not even think that it is a bed bug. I saw it couple of times and then i searched on google that what bed bug looks like and then I realised what we were living for last 4 nights into. I went downstairs to make sure manager knows and they were pretty cool about it as it is a usual thing for them. They said we have a policy that we would refund just 1 night. I did not argue as we were in a hurry to leave as we had a 10 hours drive to reach home. But after reaching home my wife has a full rash over her body with bite marks and swelling. We did wash all our cloths but we are really very disgusted with the experience. It would be appreciated if you could compensate us for the loss of mental peace and the trouble my wife is facing because of this experience. I will be attaching the pictures for reference.

my partner and i have been staying here for a little while on a vacation. I wish we would've looked at the reviews of this hotel. When we first got here i honestly thought "hmm doesn't look that bad" but since the second night of us being here she's been getting bit up. literally bites all over her body. i wasn't experiencing this myself at first. i started paying attention to when she'd get those marks on her body and i noticed its NEVER when we leave the hotel and go out and about. she only gets them when we're in the room and after laying in the bed. This hotel has had reviews about both bedbugs and roaches. but we haven't seen anything with our own eyes. but i've also got bit 3 times on my arm. we spoke to the front desk and they didn't seem too concerned. all they did was change our room. we're hoping that after waking up in the new room things aren't the same. if are we will speak to a higher up and demand a refund. this is definitely unacceptable. there's also holes in the sheets, covers, sometimes the ac makes a loud weird noise. it's just a lot wrong and they don't seem concerned enough to make changes.

Stacy is my personal favorite but everyone who works here is respectful and above perfessional. Hi I’m a customer here and I usually don’t like hotels unless they are the fancy boujiee type with glass or high floors and beautiful accommodations but when I say this is one of the best low costing hotels located in Columbus area off of Brice rd. This hotel is amazing affordable has attractions and stores near from Walmart, target, chick fil a, canes like 2 or 3 miles away and the one I come to and will continue to while in Columbus they make coffee for customers very professional and I would really recommend this to you, A wide selection of rooms and you can have guests not a party but guests definitely book here and enjoy your stay Here. I will definitely come back if needed to while I’m here in Columbus 10 miles from downtown so definitely need transportation to enjoy night life from this location but very very very worth it Also there’s a bar in the hotel and the pool when fresh is a great addition as well.

Stayed for about a month. Pros: room service came everyday Pets allowed Cheapest rate we could find Cold ac Two of the three front desk girls were pretty nice and professional Offered refund for checking out early (though we still haven't received this)

Cons: almost constant smell of marijuana Kind of sketchy area Lots of people hanging around outside and in the lobby all hours of the day and night Strip club across the street Thin walls people randomly asking for money in the parking lot

While we were there there was a party overbooked in the restaurant downstairs. Front desk informed us they'd be there till 1 a.m. and if it got too loud or we had any problems to let them know. A few hours later my husband went down to complain that the marijuana smell was so strong we couldn't even sleep. It was literally making us sick. Nothing was done and we ended up having to leave for most of the night. The rooms are old and a bit outdated but fairly clean. Our ac worked and was very cold however was coming away from the wall and leaked . We had no chain lock on our door which they did fix and the bathroom door was broken which they also fixed while we were there. Black mold in a corner of the bathtub. Beds were decent. Some of the bedding did have what appeared to be cigarette burns. Carpet seemed like it needed a good shampooing. Overall for price and location was doable Bug free except for a few ants which was quickly taken care of with the can of ant spray we went down and got from the front desk. Also pool was closed do to what we were informed was a health department closure due to an infection (not sure what that was) One of the front desk girls though was overheard yelling at a potential guest. Very unprofessional! Also no complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping did make sure we had everything we needed while we were there. The main reason I can't give it more stars is because of the overwhelming...

My partner and a couple of my friends and I were in town for matsuricon this weekend. the hotel itself was fine. the man at the front desk was very nice and helpful and even came up to our room to fix our fridge the first night. it was after this that we noticed that the bottoms of all of our feet were pitch black from walking around on the carpet for maybe not even ten minutes. we did NOT find any bedbugs at any point during our stay. the bed skirts on both of the beds had cigarette burns in them. the bathroom was clean enough. the beds were hard as a rock.

then came the second night. everything was fine until the beautiful hour of 5:45 in the morning, where all 4 of us are woken up by the most blood curdling alarm coming from the PA system. and then nothing. i thought it was the end of days. i peeked into the hallway to investigate and the fire alarms were flashing, but not beeping. my partner went to the front desk where he was told it was a false alarm and someone pulled it on accident. okay that’s fine whatever we all try to go back to sleep.

the third night, we keep randomly hearing what we can only describe as either a jackhammer or a chainsaw. it sounded like someone was doing construction. we were all awake at 2 am when we were still hearing this.

the area the hotel is in seemed to be fine during the day. we walked to waffle house and didn’t feel unsafe but when we were walking back in from the con, we wanted to get to the room as quick as we possibly could. i don’t think there was a night where there weren’t cops and ambulances flying down the street while we were out there.

overall, aside the carpets were disgusting and the false fire alarm, our stay wasn’t TOO bad. the area is definitely not the safest. the man up front was VERY nice and helpful but the blonde lady seemed very short and standoffish. we probably will...

It's simply not well cleaned-the room. It's clean enough, but not sparkling. Baseboards are not in their wheelhouse. Old and dated room. Carpet is stained in places and has burn areas. Old linens with little burn holes in them. NO BUGS. I think the beds and pillows are comfy, daughter says too hard of a mattress. The bathroom feels like you're in a camper bathroom. Low drop ceilings. Room has a micro-wave, TV, fridge, coffee pot. AC/heat functional. Hot shower. The reason I booked this place was the great reviews/ratings for Wifi. Sometimes it's spotty, but it improved somehow and I'd say overall it's great. This place has thin walls-can hear neighbors. Can hear them arguing on their cell phones and with each other. Someone has a kitten, can hear that mewing and meowing. Someone has an infant, can hear that squawking, but that's what babies do and mama gets a pass on that, understandable. Outside in the lot people just hanging about, playing music in their vehicles, cleaning them out like we're at a self serve car wash. I've never seen so many people hanging out in a parking lot for fun in all my days. Conversations and nonsense. The price you pay for wifi. There's always sirens blaring passing by on Brice road. It's a shady neighborhood. I'm not sure about the 1st floor, but the 2nd floor reaks of pot. There's a restaurant/bar on site, haven't seen it yet. The owners don't advertise it either. Waffle house is a minute walk away across the lot. The lot and landscaping are adequate. It's not offensive to look at. It's cheap. Like...
