Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Truro Township

I stopped here last Friday. I wanted a large pizza half the works the other half pep mushrooms and cheese along with a big Don Sub. I should have run when the counter person at the regester asked me what was on a works. After waiting 20 mins and hearing customer after customer getting the wrong orders another person behind the counter asked me what my order was. Again I stated my order. He brought a box out opened the lid. It looked like a large pep and mushroom. He didn’t even know that what he was holding wasn’t a half works half pep mushroom and cheese. I said give my money back on my card. I lost all confidence that I was going to get what I ordered. I presume it was a manage that came out to refunde money back to my card she said I will let you have the sub the pizza wasn’t in the oven yet she stated. So there would have been a cold sub to go along with a pizza out of the oven 30 mins after the sub was done. Long story short they couldn’t even find the counter person to unlock the register so I could get my money back on my card. I left after waiting all this time and having paid for the pizza and sub with out a refund of money and any food because they couldn’t even make a refund. How can you not know where your employees are if they are working for you? Not to mention they were running the register This location was great back in the day but I wouldn’t waiste my time trying to order here again. I want to support what I believe is a local grown pizza shop but this visit has made it hard to think of visiting...

We ordered a pepperoni with the Hot Honey drizzle on top but however I picked up a smoked filled cigarette 🚬 tasting and smelling pizza when I got home. I THOUGHT I was smelling something weird when I was driving home, but I just thought it had to be the car at the red light, because we don't smoke and there's no way it could be a pizza that's just stupid. So when I arrived at my home and went in the kitchen I noticed that same same following me. I turn to my husband to say " Do you smell that? " He looks at me like what in the world is that hideous smell 😳 , I quickly run to my car like " Now my car smells the same way! " and quickly I shout " THE House Stinks Too!" OMG so I then take a bite of the Pizza 🍕 Only to be disappointed and disgusted by it tasting and smelling like I just tested some cigarettes ( I Spit I it out quickly) My husband was not as lucky he had no idea, he swallowed his 1st bite, and then stopped. He is horrified by that experience. He attempted to call back several times. The manager didn't want to speak to us. They first said that door dash picked our pizza up ( not true) The manger would would not come to phone. We were told that they don't smoke at this location. They said they can't refund our money back. I also have noticed I'm not the only one that has complained about pizza tasting like smoke, so I would suggest that Donatos listen to...

Well I order a pizza from Brice Reynoldsburg, the guy didn’t ask for my address because I recently move. And I had already ordered there with my new address so I assumed they knew it because they didn’t ask. And two hours went by and I call and gave them my address again and he told me they don’t deliver at this address. Mind you they have in the pass. So I called the Donatos with the number ending in 2100 and they took my order. Well Donatos on Brice ended up delivering, which I did know which location delivery. I ended up paying twice at both locations and the man with the beard at the Brice location near Kroger said I did pay. Which I did pay twice... I drove to the Brice location showed him my bank statement where I was changed twice. He insisted that I still didn’t pay. I have been ordering from Donatos for years!!!!!!! I’m so done with them.... you just lost a good customer. He was rude. Disrespectful even after I showed him I payed at both locations. He needs to be fired, and take a class on customer service. I know I paid!!! He knows I payed or I wouldn’t have drove all the way to the Brice road location for my...
