Good evening I went to the Big Lots Store # 6300 E. Livingston Ave Reynoldsburg Ohio 43068. 12/24/2024. I checked out at 5:12 pm est. When I left I realized that the cashier didn't give me my last bag that had the following items in it 2pk GV PADDED BRA BLACK AND WHITE 34B @ 11.99 -4 FANCY FEAST CAT FOOD .89 EACH -4 AIRALL 0.99 EACH -1 AIRWICK 6.28 -2 AIRWICK 4.18 EACH
I called up to the store immediately spoke with a female and I explained I left a bag at the register. The women proceed to say nothing was left. Mind you there was a long line behind me. She refused to help to I went back up there got there at 6:03 pm est. I went to the door and a cashier went and got a manager I'm assuming. White bald head older guy. I explained to him what happened and showed him my receipt not only was he disrespectful and unwilling to help and made a racial remark and I quote " Were are trying to get out of here and as he shut the door in my face he proceed to say sick of nigger and when I responded he open the door and yelled more racial stuff. I refuse to be treated like this and now I'm out $27.26 I want my items or a refund for the missing items. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB because should no one be talked to or treated that way I paid a total of 303.59 in all. And knowing. Son was employed there I now see why he quit. Read moreDisliked that the gentleman, whom I believe to be a floor manager, in furniture was clearly on the phone with another store but on a PERSONAL call that had nothing to do with ooerations (asking what hours are they working, how he has to close but turn around and come back in the morning, etc.). He did not acknowledge me whatsoever as I stood, quietly/patiently waiting for him to get off the phone for a good 3-5 minutes. As another team member walked by, he yelled their name and POINTED AT ME! The female team member was courteous & polite. She went to find the TV stand that was on hold for me (arranged by a wonderful employee from the Polaris store). She not only located it & checked me out but she loaded it in my car while the gentleman (still on the phone, ring by the furniture register) and another male employee did not offer any assistance. This particular female had clear signs of a physical disability...not saying that is was a limitation because, clearly, it was not but it just seemed that this manager was being extremely negligent and inconsiderate of not only me, a customer, but also...
Read moreMy husband and I headed out today to grab a few last minute items. We weren't expecting much seeing how it was -2° outside. We made it to the store and as we shopped we noticed one particular young lady who seemed to be handling customer service as a one woman show. I watched as she zipped around the store answering questions, escorting customers to items and all of this was being done in between stocking the shelves. She helped me 4 times. (I know SHAMEFUL!) I learned her name is Rickkeata and imo she deserves a promotion with a raise! This young lady was on it. As we checked out we had the pleasure of meeting Javon who had us laughing the whole time.
