This Inn is ideally located near the airport. We were a group of 6 people and had booked 2 rooms. We needed to wait around 40 minutes to be checked-in though there was just one customer before us. This wait is fairly understandable as it was not a fault of staff, but customer has some issues with booking agent and needed to fix it which was beyond staff's control. The frost dest staff was really nice and customer-centered. Beds were comfortable and quiet room even when A/C was running. It has swimming pool for it customer. Parking is free. You just need to provide your vehicle's info during the check-in. They do provide complementary breakfast which is served in a lobby. The down side is: Very dirty and smelly floor carpet in the rooms. Very bad house keeping. Limited breakfast and staff who serve during breakfast seems to be not trained for customer service. Limited seating area for breakfast. Customer need to enjoy their breakfast in lobby area and hallway. They have small round table good for only 2 people. Breakfast area which is served in lobby itself is very small. Swimming pool opens late at 10am and closes soon at 9pm. THEY MUST improve their housekeeping. Why? Let me explain why. First night, faucet in shower wasn’t working, and I had to let the front desk know it. Thankfully they fixed it next day afternoon. Not enough toiletries in restroom/washroom. Happened to ask front desk to supply it. Second day, trash we’re not picked up, no refill of coffee, no refill of toiletries including toilet paper. No change of towels. All shower towels found very wet in bathtub. I asked front desk staff if she would ask housekeeping staff to replace those towels. She wasn’t professional in her communication; she told me, “Oh Ok, you can have clean towels.” I keep waiting. Then I can get clean towels, right?” She told me, “You need to bring those towels here, I can’t give you, you need to bring them first.” I was surprised by her action. I asked her, “Can I have a trash bag so that I can bring them, those towels are heavily wet?” She gave me white kitchen garbage bag. I brought those towels from our room to the front desk and give them to her, and then, I got clean towels. Isn’t it their housekeeping staff’s job? The height of room seems to be low. I am 5'9" and it is fine with me but if you are 6' or more then you need to double check. Attached rest room is relatively small and has some stains and peeled painting.

This was our first time staying at a LaQuinta Inn and will probably be the last. I was quite surprised this is part of the Wyndham Hotel chain as I've always had fairly decent luck with them. We booked the room for three nights. One reason we picked this hotel was because there was a pool. When arriving, we were told it was closed for health violations, but it might open the next day. Once in our room, the non-smoking room reeked of smoke and had ashes on the window sill. There were tears and stains all over the carpet and the toilet handle was broken. The coffee maker still had the pod in it from someone else. We made arrangements to stay somewhere else the next two nights but had to go ahead and stay one night here. It looked like someone had vomited or spilled something next to the King bed that still needed cleaned better and when we pulled the sofa bed out for our kids, there were toys, chips and crackers under it. I went to shut one of the doors and got a greasy substance on my fingers... I think it was toothpaste smeared on the door. We notified the front desk which could really do nothing... There seemed to only be one college aged guy working the whole hotel. He was very nice. He also seemed very used to the complaints, but is unable to do anything about them. I called the main Wyndham number and filed a complaint. It has now been a three weeks and they still have not contacted me back. Luckily, we booked this stay through booking.com. although we did have to pay for our one night, it was easy to cancel the remaining two and find a much nicer place to stay (at the same rate I might ad).

I was extremely nervous about staying here with all the negative reviews I've seen. However, it's really not that bad. The first impression was that the lobby was neat and put together well. Front desk check-in was quick and easy. There's no elevators, but there's only 1 flight of stairs, so it's not terrible. Once I entered the room, I double-checked the bed. Since this place, it's getting blown away with negative reviews. I'm a supervisor in the hotel business, and the bed was clean and comfortable! The room was extremely spacious. The bathroom was clean, with a decent size shower. The water pressure was great. The water was HOT, and the most important part, the A/C is COLD and controlled with the thermostat on the wall. I was snuggled all night! Pro's: -Spacious room -Clean -Fridge -Microwave -Couch -Clean comfortable bed -Coffee machine -Desk with a nice computer chair -Spacious bathroom and clean -Water hot and decent pressure. -Dove supplies provided -Beautiful clean and renovated room -Quite -Flood lights everywhere that light up parking lot -Felt safe Cons: -Claims of smell of Marijuana but honestly I think it's a cleaning solution they use. -No pool-not that I would use it anyways -Pictures online are edit professionally doesn't match the outside parking lot, but don't worry about this.

Do I really have to give this a star to write a review? THIS WAS THE MOST ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED! We made a 9 hour drive to this place, did not get checked in and settled in until at least 10pm on 6-3-2017. The room was filthy, the toilet had mold and mildew all over it, there was pee all over the sides of it, the shower had such insanely thick soap scum on it that it took me 30 minutes to scrub it. Yes I said me. We came into town for school and we were very grateful we had found a place that would take two large dogs as well as having a pool. We planned to stay in this hotel for 3 weeks, so I didn't think much on the cleanliness of the bathroom because I like to do my own cleaning anyways, also the pool was closed. So two things I just settled on because again I was grateful to have my dogs. Almost a week goes by and one of the hotels "managers" walked in my room after being told "DO NOT ENTER, DONT COME IN THIS ROOM" now mind you, these walls are very paper thin, he heard us, even responded with "Oh but it says here you are checked out.." WALKED IN MY ROOM! Seriously! I was booked to stay for THREE WEEKS and your technical difficulties showed I had checked out? Really? Naturally, fuming my fiancé and I go down stairs to the front desk and complain, and was LAUGHED AT by another MANAGER because it was just technical difficulties. My $2,300 pays for you not to walk in on me and laugh in my face. Saturday, a day after the incident of being walked in on and being laughed at we found out that the Red Roof next door was not only so much nicer and cleaner that we could also stay for much cheaper, with both of my dogs allowed. We finally left this place after a week and day stay, and met with the same manager who walked in on us, was once again laughed at us, called us liars on multiple different occasions, and also lied himself on multiple occasions. I have worked in customer service all my life and have never even heard of such terrible service. I'm truly sickened by this place.

This La Quinta reeks of cigarette smoke, Reeks of Marijuana, Has terrible a/c units that don't even cool the tiny rooms, Terrible customer service, Filthy rooms, paper thin walls, And charges 800$ to stay a week in this terrible pace.

I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Sincerely room 243, and their grand fortune they were willing to pay for the slightest decency in their home away from home for the...

Horrible. I had a horrible experience. I am a diamond member. I was there on business. I asked for a late checkout the night before for a major reason. I had a Major closing meeting at 11am!! I explained the night before how important this meeting was to me. And why I needed the late check out. I put the do not disturb reminder on the door after breakfast just in case to remind staff that I was in a very important meeting. Then the owners wife came banging on my door 11:15 am telling me I had to leave she had a early check-in and I had to leave right now. Luckily I remembered my microphone was live and I stayed calm and respectful and tried to explain I made a note of my meeting and I requested late check out. She screamed I don't care you have 15 min to leave. I was so embarrassed and so was my boss when I looked back to my screen my boss was red in the face shacking his head!! luckily for me the owner of the company I was closing the deal on was African American to and screamed the only reason I was treated like that was because I was black. I was so angry I checked out and left my $6500 diamond bracelet, my wedding anniversary gift in the night stand. When I got into my Uber black I shook my wrist like I always do when I'm nervous or upset. I realized I didn't have it right away I asked the driver please turn back for my bracelet. We where only 10 away from the hotel. I got back explained I left my bracelet there staff said it wasn't there I brought my bags back into the lobby and dumped them on the lobby floor and proved to them I didn't have that same check staff gave me a compliment on my bracelet the morning before, the same staff member who went to check to see if it was there in the night stand. She knew how much that bracelet meant to me I lost my wife to COVID-19!!!!!!! Staff had to have known what type of person I am, a business man I stay in suit and tie 24 /7 with my brief case by my side every where I go. I rented there best suite 3 nights in row I treated staff with respect on every verbal occasion. All this being said, I was treated like trash by the owners wife!!! The cleaning Staff stole something truly precious to me. And I was embarrassed Infront of my boss and A Major corporation being racially profiled and kicked out this establishment...
