If I could give this place a zero , I would! I picked out a new wedding set for my wife in June of 2024. We took the ring in to get it sized June 22nd. We picked up the ring on July 4th. After wearing it that evening and the next morning the ring would not would not sit correctly in the ring guard.the solitaire ring would get stuck and become very uncomfortable. We returned the ring on July 5th and explained what was going on. We picked up the ring a couple of weeks later. My wife wore the ring trying to get it to sit right. But it continued to sit crooked in the guard.Nothing had changed! We found out the ring was wrote up to clean and tighten the diamonds! That wasn’t even the problem. We took the ring back August 13th with high hopes they would finally get it right. We had been patient and making payments in a ring my wife didn’t have nor could wear!!! When we went a couple of weeks later to pick up the rings. We were proved once more that Zales could not deliver a good ring and good service. The ring had been sized up a size and a half!!! My wife held her hand up to the clerk and the ring fell off on the counter!!! The clerk then proceeded to tell us that is just how those rings sit in the finger! This is the first time anyone has ever told us something like that!! Why would anyone pay thousands of dollars for ring that sits crooked and is uncomfortable!! That is poor customer service! If you don’t disclose or advise you customers of a ring that will not sit right. That is bad , shady business! Then the clerk proceeded to tell us they could solder the rings together! Worst advise! Why would I want to devalue a ring with solder!!? We left the ring and told them we didn’t want a ring that would not sit straight. And they had had the ring more than us. They have the money we had already paid on the ring and the ring! Months later they are calling for payments on a ring they could not fix and they have in their...
Read moreDo not trust Zales to do what they claim they can do. I took rings to be sized up and was quoted a price that was extremely low compared to the actual charge. They took longer that what they promised. They failed to call me several times to tell me when I could pick my rings up. When I finally went to pick them up they were both too big. Since one was silver spoon ring you’d think they could fix it easily. Not only could they not handle that but they polished an initial that was on it off. What?! So the manager said she’d send it back and have it fixed and they would engrave the initial back onto the ring. After waiting weeks because it was again promised to be back earlier than they could deliver I got it and it is scratched from the engraving, it looks like a second grader engraved it. The engraving is rough to the touch and is nothing like it was before leaving it with Zales. I should have trusted my gut and gone to Bromberg’s or another...
Read moreMy husband and I went in today and was looking for a specific type of ring and we were greeted by Hope who was so kind, warm, welcoming, and respectful. She was the nicest person we had talked to all day as we had went to a couple different jewelers. She found something in the show case that was almost exactly what I had been searching for and I was worried they may not have another option closer to what I was on the hunt for. She took the time to look on the zales website to see how close of a match we could find and she found it. I was so relieved and happy, my husband and I purchased the ring today. Hope needs a raise or promotion cause sweet, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable people are like a rare gem in today's world. Thank you hope if you see this, you made a...
