unorganized. Been with them for a while now. first of all, they never answer when you call & they do not get back to you in a timely manner. So communication is subpar. To top things off, I had put my engagement ring under my insurance last year, or at least I thought. I had spoken over the phone to them, provided all the specs on the ring & they had given me an annual quote. I became curious as to the status recently as I realized I have never seen any info in writing about my ring being insured when I get the statements. So I called, left a message, & called back again because they are so bad at communication. Finally, someone answered & to my dismay I come to find out they never actually insured my ring. Now they say they will & the woman who I spoke w/ over the phone said she would email me the information. She emails me but all that her email says is that she is giving me her email address. She did not provide any details on what information I need to provide to insure my ring. I feel like I am going around in circles & getting nowhere with this establishment. Please help!
