I had an incredible experience at the Coit Museum of Pharmacy, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This hidden gem offers a fascinating journey through the history of pharmacy, showcasing beautifully preserved artifacts, vintage medicines, and interactive exhibits that highlight the evolution of the field.

WOW! This museum boasts an impressive collection, particularly for those interested in antique and vintage medicine. The various sections are thoughtfully curated, providing a fascinating glimpse into the history of medical treatments. While the accompanying text for each exhibit is minimal due to space constraints, the organization; grouping medicines by their uses, enhances the viewing experience. What a delightful surprise! This is a well curated museum with a wide range of things to see: everything from Disneyland, to gum chewed by a famous villain, to beautiful antiques, to the history of pharmacists, and so much more. My guide was absolutely wonderful and had lots of stories about pharmacists and pharmacies at the University of Arizona as well as in the field in general.
