Went through the drive thru and tried to order food. I had to repeat myself and my order to the worker. Then another worker got on the intercom who I could barely hear, to take the order again. After repeating the order and telling them I could barely hear them, the worker got off and another one got on and apologized for the intercom not working. I got my order, after paying 38.00 for it, and it was wrong. I had to park, with my kids in the car and get off and fix the order. Thinking the worker would be understanding and show empathy, he proceeded to tell me that I ordered the wrong menu # item, and that was why they kept asking me what it was I wanted. Of course inside the "new" buildings there are no more menus on the wall to verify and the entire set up is for a no contact order and delivery system. Since the "worker", who I found out later is the manager, was showing no empathy. I APOLOGIZED and I went ahead and reordered 6 soft tacos, 3 plain, and 3 regular. I was charged another 17.69 for this. After waiting 10 mins, he says my name incorrectly and gives me my food. When I get to the car and give my kids their food, they shorted me 2 tacos!! And charged me for 2 complete combo meals. There I go back inside to get the problem corrected and again he tells me he packed them himself, he knows they were in there. I told him he charged me for a complete combo meal instead of just the tacos. He tells me he's just going to give me a refund. It was at this point I asked for a manager and he said it was him!! Of course he wasn't wearing a name tag and did not have the professionalism of a manager. Oh and when I finally open up my food... the hard tacos were soggy at the bottom, so much so that it was mush and my Mexican pizza had the lid smashed into the pizza so when you open the box there went all the cheese and the tortilla on the Mexican pizza was just as soggy as the tacos. Check out the pics on google!! Never have I ever gotten terrible soggy food or awful service from a Taco Bell, not to mention a manager who was more worried about being right instead of understanding and accommodating. This wasn't the first time this location screwed up my order, but it sure is going...
Read moreIt’s so weird to write this because this was one of my favorite Taco Bell’s and I go here quite often because I do door dash as a side gig but as well as dine here too usually .. I ordered a luxe box meal and two dorito tacos and wanted limonada freezes cuz HELLO happy hour !? Let’s go 1 dollar freezees, and wanted 2 but one of them to be large , when I had ordered my luxe box I asked for a baja blast as a drink , not as an upcharge on my meal , the gentle man working decided to do an up charge with out saying anything and charged me for the large I realized , he charged me more (up charge ) for a small instead of just charging the 1$? Cuz isn’t it happy hour ? I spoke w the gentleman n told him why was I charged +1.50 for the small drink if it’s happy hour ? He continued to say it’s an upcharge to add a freezee to the meal… I reminded him I got a baja blast n wanted the freezee separately n he turned around n walked away and the manager , a female , pops her head out and says “what’s wrong ?” I told he I was upcharged 50 cents for a 1 dollar drink and she said no, it’s because it’s an upcharge to put my drink on my meal I told her I never asked for it to be put on my meal that defeats the purpose of happy hour 😭 I didn’t care about the 50 cents but there was no common sense and she just argued back that I was wrong when in fact , I was charged 50 cents more for an item that was 1 dollar PLUS tax . I don’t recommend coming here just for the simple fact of , do yall usually do this ? Steal from the working class ? 50 cents x 1,000 = 500 and they probably have over 10 to 20k customers in a 24 hour window , I just think it’s mad that I wasn’t offered an incentive or my money back by this piece of lard...
Read moreSaturday 12/7/24 2:30pm-Busy. Customer service sucks. Nobody's at the front counter waiting on ppl. Literally 10 ppl are standing around(and where's the end of the line?). Workers(including mgmt) ignore the front counter like the 10 ppl standing there don't exist.
T.B. always seems to be a long wait because the PIGS that eat there can't just order 2-3 items. It's always 7-10 items per order(occasionally there will be a 30-75 item order and then it is a REALLY LONG WAIT). 🙄 I give the extra star because employees were preparing incredibly fast.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL IT A MOBILE ORDER WHEN YOU WILL NOT BEGIN PREPARING THE ORDER UNTIL THE CUSTOMER ARRIVES. I PLACED A "MOBILE" ORDER AND IT WAS STILL A 30 MINUTE WAIT( you have to "check in" but you can't because workers are ignoring the lobby). Many ppl got their orders ahead of me who came to the drive-thru after I'd arrived(I was still standing in the lobby)--so this is making my wait longer because now their orders are being prepared ahead of mine even though I'd placed my order 15 minutes ago--and, once again, you are at the mercy of the BIG order.
So I guess it's the luck of the draw. No rhyme or reason as to how they do things. Not having someone at the front counter waiting on ppl must be a new thing. And this is supposed to make customers happy--ignore them?
All Taco Bells are managed by kids who don't know how to run a business--that's why there are such consistently poor results. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and bring your lunch.
PLEASE HIRE EXTRA WORKERS TO HANDLE THE PPL STANDING IN THE LOBBY AND RUSH CROWDS. This location is...
