Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Tucson

If I could give zero stars - I would. This place needs to be shut down, especially looking at older reviews that show that our experience tonight wasn't an anomaly.

We went in just before 8 pm, but they don't close until 11 pm. They had only about half the flavors available. Those that were available were so soft, they're a step away from just being flavored milk. One dish we were served was extremely soupy the minute it was handed to us. The rest of ours were all soupy before we could even eat it, which is unheard of with my experience with Coldstone. Yes, ice cream will melt a little, but it shouldn't be so soupy within 5 minutes of serving. If they're not keeping their freezer at the proper temperature, which seems like it'd be a health and safety hazard!

Not only that, but one of my family members ordered the cookie dough signature creation. Apparently they didn't have the cookie dough ice cream, but didn't even mention it to him - they just substituted the ice cream for another without a word. Then they acted bothered when he mentioned it. Both members of the staff tonight were absolutely miserable to interact with- as if we bothered them by simply having them do their jobs. When we brought up the issues, they acted like nothing was wrong and that's "just how it is". They offered a remake, but theres no point in remaking when the ice cream in the 'freezer' is all soft and would have the same results! We watched three other groups walk out without buying after noticing the lack of flavors and half melted choices in the freezer chest.

To spend $50+ on ice cream for all my family members and have it be such a terrible turn out is beyond frustrating and disappointing. Do not go to this coldstone - either go to the Screamery or Baskin Robbins down the street or to the Cold Stone up by the...

Ok, I don't disagree with tipping, but tipping for counter service is absurd... this has to stop.

If it's in your job description to serve ice cream, should not be expected to leave a tip.

Now this company pays thier employee below minimum wage so they are forced to ask for tips ... for again counter service... ever been to a McDonald's that had a tip jar?

Same type of service ... Carl's Jr even brings your food to your table.... yet they have no option for tip at check out... as it should be... there is no reason to tip for counter service... I will never come back and give money to a company that charges a tip for counter service and pays thier employees less than minimum wage to boot.

I can't recommend this place for thier unethical treatment of employees... they are relying on the customer to pay the employees wage by way of tip... and still charge full price.. ...

The staff especially Isabel was very unprofessional. Myself and my 3 kids went. I was ordering for all 4 of us but they took the ice cream and every child would follow the worker so we could stay in line with the order. So when it came to me the lady Isabel gave me the wrong cone twice. I kept telling her my order and she continuously did it wrong. I will not return. The price was super expensive and I did not get what I wanted. I was so frustrated I just took the wrong one. And when we were done the young lady through thru one of the incorrect ice creams in the trash and walked off very abruptly abruptly I couldn't believe how rude she was So I asked for the manager and found out she was the shift leader. I have never had such an awful time getting an order correct...
