GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
My wife went to Lush Nail Lounge twice, and unfortunately, both visits left her really disappointed. The first time, the nail tech was a bit rude. While getting her nails done, a piece of hair fell in her face and she gently brushed it away using the opposite hand the tech wasn't working on. The tech snapped at her not to touch her hair, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional â she wasnât playing with her hair, just trying to see.
On her second visit, she went with her sister for a little self-care time. She asked for cat eye nails on both her hands and feet and specifically confirmed with the tech that the look would be consistent on both. The tech assured her it would be. But while doing her toes, it was obvious the magnet technique wasnât working â even after having another tech try to help. Eventually, they admitted it wouldnât work on her toes. My wife politely asked them to remove the polish completely so she could choose a different color, but the tech insisted she keep the original polish and just add the tip color on top. She had to ask multiple times before they finally agreed to remove it.
On top of that, the tech cut her cuticles in several spots during the pedicure, and when she moved to another tech for her hands, the hard gel came out warped and uneven. She always gets hard gel and knows how it should look, so this was unacceptable â especially for the price she paid, which was $127.
What made it worse is that after all of this, while checking out, the tech who did her toes (who was also the one taking her payment) asked her how much tip she was leaving for both of them â despite the poor service and unprofessional attitude.
Unfortunately, she wonât be going back. Itâs frustrating to pay that much and be expected to tip generously after such a disappointing experience.

Read moreI got my nails done here twice first time I had a okay experience. It wasnât very pleasant because the nail tech was a bit rude. As she was doing my nails a piece of my hair came to my face and I moved it away from my face with my finger (the opposite hand she was working on) and she got mad and made a comment saying not to touch my hair. It bothered me because I wasnât playing with my hair just moved it away from my face. Second time I came here. I came with my sister. I asked for the cat eye nails on hands and feet and before I went forward I made sure to ask if the cat eye would look the same as in my hands as my feet. The lady assured me it would well as sheâs doing my toes I notice sheâs going in with different magnets and it wasnât working. She had another lady come try and nothing she then tells me itâs not going to work on my toes. I asked her to remove the color all together and I would choose another color that wasnât cat eye. She tells me no to keep the color and she would do the tip color I wanted on top of it. I said âno letâs remove it please I donât want itâ well I had to tell her to remove it like 3 times before she did. That was frustrating and she also cut me a few times while cutting my cuticles on my toes. Then I got up when she finished and they had me sit with another lady to do my hand nails and my nails also came out bad. I always do hard gel and they came out looking warped. Unfortunately I wonât be going again. Itâs frustrating that they do a poor job and still expect tips. I should mention my total was $127. (When I finished and was paying the lady helping me pay (which was also the lady who did my toes) made sure she asked how much I was leaving for tips for her and the...
Read morei came here and got a pedicure paid $60 plus tip, left then came back later for a manicure. when i checked out originally i asked the man who did my nails if this was for my manicure AND pedicure and he said yes. i did misread one of the services which was my fault, however i didnât know that until waaay later. everything was great for my mani pedi up until the end when we were doing the manicure. i asked for ONE simple flower on each nail and the man made me feel very bad by letting out an annoyed sigh/groan, as if i was asking for too much. so i sadly and reluctantly settled on just one very simple flower on each hand. at the end they charged me $45 (plus tip) which i wasnât expecting cause i accidentally misread one of the services AND the man told me earlier that the $60 i had already paid was for both. when i politely presented this issue they didnât even TRY to compromise and meet me in the middle about it, considering there was miscommunication on both ends. one of the women was about to offer a gift certificate but one of the men working simply didnât even want to help me. so i spent $125 on simple pink gel toes, gel nails with TWO flowers even though i asked for one flower on each nail, but the tech made it seem like a burden (photos of what i asked for versus what i got âšď¸)
started out as a great experience and i honestly wouldâve left satisfied if they wouldâve at least tried to work with me, like the woman tech tried to do. but unfortunately they didnât and it left a bad...
