Desert Pueblo Mobile Home Park — Attraction in Tucson

This is the loudest place I have ever lived in my entire life. I thought when I moved here that it would be nice and quiet, since it is an over 55 park. I was wrong. Two of my neighbors have harley davidson motorcycles and one neighbor has a huge truck with no muffler. Last week I had no water for 3 days, no one told me my water was off or when it would be fixed. I called the office and left messages. I had a call back the first day saying the plumber was on their way. I called the next 2 days. No one called back. I called the owners office, whoever answered was extremely rude and offered no help. If you are looking for a quiet community to retire in, keep looking. I was riding my bike up to casino del Sol and I spited this desert gem. Long tree lind drive leading to a funky 70 clubhouse . Really awesome and people are friendly . My friend and I where looking at a Mobil home to purchasemake sure you go out of your way to buy a newer and we took the tour and cool very cool and exceptional cool. Prices at this park being so close to downtown tucson and Irvington and Valencia shopping . Units are price to sell but remember it’s a mobile home and if not balanced or leveled water damage will occur and whit that come bugs so an older Mobil home May suite you needs and a newer unit will have the benifits of upgrades and no one has lived into the floors. We have been traveling across the country for the last year and this is the only place we’ve been disqualified from staying. They did a full credit investigation on me and my partner. My credit rating is excellent and my income is over 10k per Month. My partners rating was not good at all. We also had to pay $40 each for this credit investigation rather than them finding out on the phone before having to fill Out their thorough application. I would never consider staying here.
