If I could give negative stars, I could. I had discovered this place over Facebook for their live show? It seemed fun and they had interesting products and sales people. I watched for a few weeks to see the extent of their inventory, which didn't seem to be much since the sales persons would only show a few of the same 12 things. I would also hear outrageous things in the background sometimes, cursing, inappropriate conversations between some women, constant disruptions during the streams either that be other people interrupting or it shutting down entirely. I would also hear a male employee (who seemed to be either a manager or a higher up?) yelling at other people, calling them names and being very disrespectful to (I'm assuming) their employees. And the customer service doesn't seem that great, either. Over the last few days I've tried calling because I've had some questions about the facebook streams and their wholesale area, and nothing. Called several times over the last few weeks and nothing. I did have someone pick up once, but I just heard giggling and then was immediately hung up on. I'm a customer that wants to give you my business and they act like they don't care. From the streams, it seems that only one person is doing customer service and is behind. This place seems very mismanaged, if it is managed at all. I shouldn't be getting a business' attention for my hard earned money. Will not be...

I love shopping the lives with Norcross Madagascar! The selection and quality is absolutely amazing and everyone is so helpful and friendly! It’s truly an honor to shop with them! They are all like one big amazing family and welcome everyone! The boxes are always packed with the utmost of care! All the hosts are amazing however if you want a fun and crazy live filled with non stop jokes join Crystal Papi in the evenings with Trevor and Marlee!❤️ Each host has their own special twist and they truly are amazing! I would suggest the average lay person save their money and find a reputable, honest business to deal with, rather than Gem Decor, aka Norcross Madagascar Minerals. They are not, by ANY "stretch" of the "imagination" a legitimate enterprise, which is why I just concluded a formal complaint with AG Kris Mayes of the State of Arizona. Long story much shorter than it really is? Their flakey "Tiffany" of Customer Service, their Sales Department staff as well as their Shipping staff don't know how to pick up a phone and communicate. Nor do they understand how email works. I placed an online order Tuesday, 7/3024 to be shipped to me here in Las Vegas, Nevada. As of the following Saturday, 8/3/24, USPS claimed the merchandise delivered. Shipped by this ohsoreputable firm, to a SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA address and the USPS verified this. I have spent over a week now, ATTEMPTING (key operational word here) for correction. It appears they are a bogus business or choose to play "hardball". At any rate?
