Small but cozy place, arrived and was done fast with 2 new tires and a 3rd tire repair. They answer the phone and their social media. Very polite via all methods of communication and prices are much better compared to chain business establishments. They have my future business. Highly recommended.

Arrived and coordinated my tires installation. Decided to brew some coffee they provide while I was waiting. Filled the coffee machine with water (LOL) and waited. Before I was done with it my tire replacements were done. Had the tires in the trunk so it made the process faster than expected.

Cost wise, cheaper than other big name superstore’s.

I checked the tires and notice that they were Hercules brand. Really happy to have gotten that brand since I have used that brand with great success, durability and longevity.

Will continue using they’re services and the customer service is the best in town imho.

I cannot define the customer service rendered to me by Michael and his boss David. I went to their shop to check my tires which I always add air every month which is very unusual. Michael check and added air to the 3 tires and found a nail in the other tire. He fixed it and spend at least 20 mins of his labor. When he finished I asked him how much it cost me, he said his boss David said it's FREE!!! I was speechless and all I can say was "Wow" and I guess that is the definition of Excellent Customer Service for me. I don't want to rob their joy for giving me free service, hence, because of the blessing I received from them, I really can't help to buy them lunch. David and Michael, I declare blessing after blessing to both of you, that your tribe increase and your business thrive and that you surrounded with unmerited favor from Him....

Best customer service I've ever experienced! I came in at the very end of the day (I called ahead of time to make sure this was okay) with my own tires and wheels to be mounted on my 2020 Volvo V60. I was taken in right away and they stayed after hours to make sure I was good to go. Unfortunately due to the valve stems I requested, I noticed a leak the next day, but I was able to get it taken care of within 10 minutes and haven't had a problem since.

Additionally, the waiting room is the nicest I've seen in any automotive business. Coffee and water is available as well as comfortable seats and plenty of reading material. The bathroom is extremely clean and looks good as well.

I was treated with the utmost care and this will be my go-to tire shop in the future. Genuinely kind people work there and it was a pleasure to have them...
