Game X Change — Attraction in Tullahoma

I'd like to start off saying we have been shopping here for years and have been usual customers we have all the playstations so we come frequently when we are in Tullahoma. When they began selling Pokémon cards we came ALL the time. I have a very big collection and have been collecting for years. Well in August we found out my brother in law stole my high value Pokémon cards. I called places around seeing if my cards were sold there. They were sold at Game X Change. I had a list of my top dollar cards on my phone from the TCG player app. Went to the store and pulled the cards that were still in the store that I had on my app. All I wanted was my cards on the app the rest I can recollect no big deal. I offered to pay back what they gave him for selling my cards and whatever other items he sold them. I didn't care I wanted my few cards that were left. They said they would have to speak to there owner Chris about it. I waited, waited never heard back so today I went up there to be told they wouldn't do that and that we would have to pay the value of the cards now. One of the cards is a base set charizard worth $500 dollars now. I will NOT be buying cards from here nor will we do any sort of business with them anymore. This is NOT how you treat your valued customers. He claimed they would lose money. You CAN NOT lose money when I am paying you the money you gave him for selling my cards and...

Usually they are really good, I've spent a lot of time taking my son here, but the past few times I've been there is went down..

Today we bought a Xbox over the weekend and was having some trouble with it and figured we would swing by there and see if we needed to buy a power adapter or just a Xbox from them and get our money back on the one we bought otw. Well he took a quick look at it and told me the seal was broke so it was probably no good, and I asked him if he could plug it in and see if that's what was going on, He told me he was too busy for him to mess with it and as there was no other customers in the store I told him whatever it is I'll buy it from you like I always do, once again he stated he was too busy and turned and walked away . So we are now headed to game stop in Manchester to buy a new one.. Thanks...
