I mean it’s obvious, Taco Bell is a “Tex-Mex” version of McDonalds at this point…BUT, it’s still a fast food restraunt, in fact Taco Bell is an international chain. So why is it that I’ve been all over the country and continue to just see worse and worse from these companies ? Don’t worry if you’re another by-standard like me just trying to see reviews to expose reality, that wasn’t for you. It’s for the “upper class” or just “folks” in general that own these establishments, but just don’t care. Now this isn’t going to be a whole paragraph about the industry, this particular restaurant though, continues to deliver BOGUS food. I usually just avoid Taco Bell, I already know, but I’ve been through this one now TWICE, and only because they have deals that most everywhere else doesn’t, but I wouldn’t pay $2 for that “$5 box” or honestly anything in their menu, and what’s sad is a drink is more than $2. In the photo I have of that “Chalupa” you can see there is almost no meat, every year I swear they take more and more meat out of the taco, I’m not kidding, the meat wasn’t even a 6th of the shell, and to top it off they just LOADED it with lettuce and then a lil cheese on the top, and put it all in a nice and cold chalupa tortilla. AND the burrito was disgusting, almost all bean, and the tortillas taste worse than they ever have as well. I guess I’m done ranting, I get tired of even typing it. But I do want you and everyone else actually reading through these reviews to know the TRUTH. You can see, I have posted a ton of reviews and I’m 100% it’s not based off of opinion, so to the owner, manager, and even employees…I know it’s not JUST you guys, corporate will be corporate, BUT you can fill more meat in your tacos, heat your food up for real, and just put your all into your job, that’s how it works. Read moreWhen I ordered, I ordered on the Taco Bell app and chose in store pick up. When I got there I had two of the same order given to me that I had apparently ordered and was charged for. I then explained to the manager I only meant to order one and was charged for TWO OF THE SAME ORDER I DID NOT WANT or intend to order in anyway. He then shrugged his shoulders and said since “ you ordered on the app” so he could not do anything about it and all I could do is call the 1-800 Taco Bell Number and complain and hope they “might” be able to help. So, I wound up going home with two orders of the same thing that I did not need and will go to waste that I spent over $40 on and did not intend and or want too. In short, I DO NOT recommend you going to Taco Bell in anyway because they don’t care about the Customer enough to even try to resolve a simple issue. Regardless of in what way you choose to order your food. I NOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO TACO BELL unless you want to be ripped off, and experience TERRIBLE SERVICE. Because if there is a simple issue, they will not as much as lift a finger to help RESOLVE the customers Issue in anyway!! I also would NOT RECOMMEND to order on the app! You would think they would at least try to have some solution, and better way of doing it with this. But apparently they don’t even care enough to try and make one. Read moreAll Taco bells are getting horrible this one especially the one in Manchester will wait on you this one will never wait on you a gentleman was sitting in front of me and told them hey I need to place my order before you take another drive-through order take orders up front The lady which is a manager smarted off to him said well we have to take orders to drive through too this gentleman been sitting there 10 minutes at no people in drive-thru has not been sitting there 10 minutes. I do know you have kios but not everybody wants to order on kiosk and kios is saving people's jobs. After he took the gentleman's order what did he do walk back over drive through three other people standing in line there was four people walked out of there because they would not take orders they are three people in drive-through and a manager there with a headset on could anybody go up the counter and take people's orders. Bad management very bad management and very sorry customer service this is why I do not go to Taco Bell except the one in Manchester Don't get me wrong I'll Taco bells have completely left the front line unattended so if you walk into a Taco Bell they do not care about you no more.
